The Space:
Here at National Harbor, we want you to feel at home in your 3 bedroom/2 bath Deluxe unit with balcony that is 1296 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two double beds and access to a bathroom. In the very open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit can accommodate up to 10 guests! With a full kitchen and a dining room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

All 42 Presidential units, which include both standard Presidential and Presidential Reserve units, have a washer/dryer. Each guest floor also has a shared laundry facility.

A bellhop service will be provided upon arrival to assist guests unloading their vehicle(s). Due to the limited size of the driveway, guests will be required to park the vehicle prior to check-in.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund (100% forfeited).

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in (refundable if no damage).

Service animals are permitted under ADA; emotional support animals are not.

This is a time-share hotel. You will be a guest of the owner. You may be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
