The Space:
Here at National Harbor, we want you to feel at home in your Presidential 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with balcony that is a staggering 1312-1462 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with attached unit bath. The second bedroom has two double beds and attached unit bath. The very open living room has a queen sofa sleeper, and a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of nature with your guests. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests! With a full kitchen and a dining room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. A washer & dryer are also included. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

All 42 Presidential units, which include both standard Presidential and Presidential Reserve units, have a washer/dryer. Each guest floor also has a shared laundry facility.

A bellhop service will be provided upon arrival to assist guests unloading their vehicle(s). Due to the limited size of the driveway, guests will be required to park the vehicle prior to check-in.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund (100% forfeited).

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in (refundable if no damage).

Service animals are permitted under ADA; emotional support animals are not.

This is a time-share hotel. You will be a guest of the owner. You may be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
