The pictures really didn't do justice to the home! The kitchen is so cute and equipped with everything you need. The upstairs bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. I cannot wait to stay again!

Great location (3 min drive to the Jaguars stadium), wonderful communication with the owners, super clean and beautiful!! And the bed was so comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Jacksonville.

Great host! House was clean, completely stocked with almost everything you might need. Host was always available if any need arose. Area seemed completely safe with lots of neighbors out and about. Quick drive to VyStar ballpark. Overall, a great weekend.

Perfect Proximity

This was a lovely guest cottage super close to the Vystar Arena where our event was held. The host had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the coffee! He was super hospitable and immediately responded when we needed extra towels. We hope to stay again in the future!

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jacksonville!

Exactly What We Needed

Traveling for a wedding in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville. We needed a comfy place to rest our heads in between wedding events and gathering with friends. This place is more affordable than the big hotels on the river, and the bed is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had a very good stay.

Cozy comfortable stay

This is my second stay here. Super comfy king size bed, living room, full kitchen and washer dryer in an adorable quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. Host is great and super helpful. Highly recommended.
