I love this property! Perfect location! Second time visiting and both stays were great!!! The pool is clean, the hot tub is hot, the house is stocked with everything you need and all the linens are fresh and clean. Great view and games galore! My two dachshunds love it too! I will be back!!!

Our experience was fantastic! The home is the perfect mountain lodging getaway. The owners are hospitable and extend frequent and open communication. The amenities are perfect for any group of people. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect mountain experience.

Hot tub was great, home heated up well and couch was super comfy! Good location to get into Dahlonega and Helen. Host was very responsive to questions and a couple small issues we encountered. Nice mountain view from deck! Make sure to go to Amicalola falls and Anna Ruby Falls.

Meditation getaway

Everything was just as described. Firewood available, smores for snacks. Awesome views of mountains, Great place to get tuned in to nature and the universe. We recommend this little spot to anyone that wants to get away for a few days at a inexpensive price.

My family and I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub during our stay. However, we were disappointed that we were not able to enjoy many of the other amenities that were advertised when we booked the property.There was no basketball ball available, so we couldn’t play basketball. There were no golf balls or golf clubs for the golf game.The pool deck is damaged, making it unsafe to walk around the pool.The hammock is torn and unusable.The arcade games were not working properly.Several ping pong balls were broken.The outdoor patio table did not have the chess game that was advertised.Overall, I paid the full price upfront when I booked this place, but we were unable to enjoy or use nearly half of the amenities that were advertised.This was very disappointing, as the amenities were a significant factor in our decision to book the property.Georgina

Very nice

Close to Dahlonega. Space was nicely appointed and clean. Bed hurt my back but could just be me lol. Downstairs was a bit strange but again, had all the things.

Cozy Little Getaway

We booked this cabin for a few days during spring break and were quite pleased. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not be on top of each other, and a nice little secret basement that had some cool games and ping pong. The pool said it would be open April - September, but wasn't. Not a big deal because it was still chilly out. The hot tub more than made up for it! Would stay again!

The house itself has great bones and a lot of potential, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our stay.The pool area needs attention, as there is significant cracking in the concrete surrounding it. When we arrived, the pool was dirty. A maintenance worker came by to address another issue and showed us where the pool supplies were located and how to clean it, so we cleaned it ourselves to remove the dirt that had settled on the bottom.The hot tub was enjoyable, but there was a yellow jacket nest underneath it, which made using that area unpleasant and potentially unsafe.The third bathroom downstairs was extremely dirty, and we were unable to use it during our stay. In fact, we were not even sure if it was functioning properly. None of the bathroom were clean. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. However, the king-size beds would be more comfortable with box springs or additional support.While the owner was fantastic to work with and very responsive, the cleaning and maintenance teams need to improve their attention to detail. Because of these issues, I'm not sure we would rent this property again, despite its otherwise appealing features.

This was an absolutely great place to relax after kayaking, tubing, shopping, hiking and wine tours... all within 15 mins! We enjoyed the clean sparkling pool, the perfect hot tub and all the games especially ping pong. All the linens were new and clean, as was the entire property. My only recommendation is a full size pair of tongs in the kitchen and a full length mirror on the bathroom door. I'll be definitely be back! In fact, as soon as possible!

Peaceful. A great place to recharge. Spacious house. Clean. All kitchen items needed to cook and eat are there for you. Nice linens and towels. The deck is a nice place to unwind. We will definitely consider this for a future place to stay.

The porch view was the best! We did not use the pool or hot tub but we did enjoy the ping pong table and grill. Rooms were spacious and couch was comfy. Loved the master bathroom! Beds were really comfy too!
