- This is a kitchenette- there is no stove in this unit.
- The bed layout in the bedroom can vary- it will either be a king or two double beds, plus a sleeper sofa. If you need a specific bed layout, please put in a request with the resort 2 weeks prior to your stay.
- A 1 Bedroom 'Scenic View' unit offers views of the resort, landscape, or mountains, but not the ocean. Room assignments within this category are made by the resort. While we cannot guarantee specific locations, you can request a particular spot within the 'Scenic View' category directly with the resort's front desk. They will try to accommodate your request based on availability.
- All units are subject to a transient occupancy tax due at the time of check-in at the resort. Please contact the resort for the exact daily amount.
-Reservations made within 21 days or less of arrival may be subject to a room move due to high occupancies and increased travel demand for this destination.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

-Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
