Cet appartement fantastique au bord de l'eau 2 chambres. dans une maison restaurée de 1840 est situé dans la ville balnéaire historique de Warren, dans le Rhode Island. Située le long d'un front de mer actif, cette maison jouxte une marina en eau profonde avec un accès direct à la baie de Narraganset. À une courte distance en voiture de plusieurs plages, ainsi que de la richesse culturelle de Providence, Bristol ou Newport RI. Warren est une communauté artistique animée où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine raffinée, du shopping, de la musique live wifi gratuite et un théâtre vivant à quelques pas de l'établissement. Il y a au moins neuf bons restaurants à moins d'un quart de mile de marche! Il est également à moins d'1,6 km de la plage et de la zone de loisirs de la ville et de la piste cyclable.

La maison est un niveau avec 2 chambres (1 lit queen, 1 lit double) et 1 salle de bain. La salle de bain comprend une baignoire toute carrelage personnalisé. Il y a une terrasse avec vue sur la mer et une cour. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et un barbecue est à votre disposition sur la terrasse. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Les petits chiens sont acceptés avec approbation et moyennant des frais modestes.

Everything was peaceful, easy and lovely. I had the pleasure of staying for about six weeks and the hosts were nothing but helpful and accommodating the whole time. I found the bed very comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us very cool during a short heat wave (we were offered air con units but didn’t need them at all). I work from home doing video calls and the WiFi worked great throughout my stay. The porch was quiet and comfortable and watching the yard come into bloom was a pleasure. The location is quiet and so many things are walkable. Parking was never a problem and Mark made me aware the one time I needed to move my car for street cleaning! I feel very lucky to have found this place. My dogs were made to feel welcome as well, for which I will be forever grateful.

Perfect stay in a magical town

We loved every minute of our month long stay in this cozy, charming home. The owner, who lives upstairs, is kind, charming, and perfectly helpful and communicative. The location is perfect… right on the water, walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The people in Warren are friendly and welcoming. It’s a quirky little village with a ton of heart, and this apartment is the perfect nest from which to enjoy it.

Amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for the month of June and it was truly a dream. We had the BEST experience. The location cannot be beat with the water and so many restaurants extremely close by. You definitely get to experience all the town has to offer with the location. And probably end up falling in love with the area as we did. The house also had the perfect layout with plenty of space and the porch and screen door keeping us cool enough to barely need AC. Mark was really great to work with, quickly answering questions and helping us with anything we needed while there. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a great time!

This was exactly what we were looking for in a summer rental: close to the sea, close to restaurants, close to shopping and quaint little stores. The owner was friendly and brought his little dog to visit our little dog. The apartment was neat and clean and the deck became our favorite hangout, just watch out for the sudden rain showers when the folks upstairs water their plants! Fun stuff.

Water Front Rock Star

I was the hero when my wife saw the location and accommodation. We had the entire first floor. Very comfortable, lots of room to spread out. Great kitchen, but never fired up the stove because of the great restaurants within one or two blocks. We did use the refrigerator to keep the wine cool to enjoy on the deck with a water view. The property is located down a dead end street which makes for easy in/out. Parking on the street right in front of the home. Very nice owner who provided suggestions on wildlife viewing for photography. Don't forget to take in the Blunte Claim Shack just three blocks away also on the water. You might have to stand in line a few minutes but the food, cold beer and view is what vacations are all about.

Interesting location - some factors to consider

The listing for this house does not make clear that the rental space is the first floor with the owners (and their dog) living upstairs. Some may not mind the footsteps and normal noises overhead, but we did, particularly when their dog was barking. "Parking" listed as an amenity meant on-the-street parking rather than in the driveway (used by the owners) or any other reserved space; on-the-street spaces were usually available very close by, but not always. The unit's interior space is attractive with a very nice tub/shower, but the bedrooms are a bit tight. We found the living room couch not comfortable. The tiny TV (with two remote controls needed to separately control the volume on one and channel changes on the other) was too much work to bother with and had a mediocre selection of channels available.

Wonderful location

Great Location Near Providence

This is a wonderful place to stay when in the Providence area. We loved the water views from the living room. Even though the description says it is 900 SQ, it did not feel that small. The kitchen is spacious. The bathroom had been recently redone and the bathtub and shower were wonderful. One regret is that we didn't check out the nearby farmers market sooner. Mark is very responsive and on site if you need him. I would definitely stay here again.

Gem in Historic Warren

We enjoyed the delightfully eclectic decor, interesting art, and wonderful location of this unit in Warren. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials for eating in, with a wine shop and a great fish market (Blount's) within easy walking distance. If you would rather eat out, many interesting restaurants are just a stroll away. We stayed in summer, and a rustic covered deck with a sea breeze and charming garden were an unexpected bonus. You don't have to go far to bump into history - check out the plaque on the rock across the street. The owner is nearby, very helpful and friendly. It would be hard not to enjoy a stay in this charming gem in the historic district of Warren.

Sweet hideaway in Warren near great food and gorgeous views

I spent a lovely week with girlfriends in the heart of Warren, exploring Warren's many restaurants and unique shops. The views across the Barrington River, especially around sunset, are stunning. Warren is the perfect launching spot for trips south to Narraganset, Newport or Wickford, as well as Tiverton and Little Compton. The unit is the lower floor of a 3-story building with a very accommodating kitchen, charming bedrooms, deck area, living room and bath. The owner is friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for dining and activities. If you go, don't miss the farmer's market at Hope & Main!

Central - Comfortable

Wonderful location. Close enough (at least for my gang) to Newport, Bristol, Plymouth, and even Boston. Pleasant experience all around and the town of Warren can stand on its own as a destination if you like just relaxing and eating good seafood. Friendly advice and attention to the details made our rental experience here very enjoyable.

A great way to spend sometime together........

My family and I rented this house for a week for our family vacation ( our first with our dog ) and it was one of the best vacations we have had as a family. With our teenage triplets going into their senior year next year and college looming, we wanted a vacation where we can have quality family time ........and this rental delivers. We had fantastic views from this well kept rental and plenty of room to relax. The town of Warren is small town Americana at its finest and with Newport and Providence with in a few miles by car or bus.

A Perfect Vacation House

My husband, 6-week old daughter and my parents just returned from a wonderful week in Warren Rhode Island. This was as completely last minute trip that we decided to take and we were lucky to find this amazing townhouse to spend a week relaxing. The townhouse is on the top two floors of a historic Rhode Island home and includes a nice sized deck on the first floor off the dining room/kitchen and two balconies on the second floor all of which overlook the water. We spent many an evening and morning relaxing on the deck watching the boats come in and out- so relaxing! There was even a grill on the deck which was a great feature. Pros: wonderful layout. lots of light. rain shower head in master bathroom. wi-fi. comfortable beds and couch. gas stove. dishwasher. location (on the water and walkable to the beach and downtown). Close to shops and restaurants. 15-20 minutes from Providence. 35-40 minutes from Newport. quiet (except on weekend nights- can hear noise of people leaving bars). Cons: knives in the kitchen are extremely dull. spices are old (bring or buy yourself some). My husband and I wished we could have just moved in! We loved the kitchen and the layout of the house and the location couldn't be better!
