ROB859 - maison front de mer Belle, exposition sud!

Venez vous détendre dans le luxe dans cette belle maison pieds dans l'eau avec une exposition sud optimale. Situé à moins de ½ mile de la plage, cette maison a été entièrement rénovée et décorée professionnellement. La cuisine bénéficie de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit sont transportés dans toute la maison.
La chambre principale respire le confort avec ses teintes chaudes et son lit king-size de luxe. Dans une deuxième chambre, vous trouverez un lit complet fini dans un imprimé tropical lumineux. Une troisième chambre d'hôtes spacieuse bénéficie d'un lit queen avec les verts apaisants des palmiers. La salle de bain d'hôtes est commodément entre les deux chambres et a été récemment rénovée avec un combo baignoire et douche.
Après une longue journée de voyage, enlevez vos sandales et nagez tranquillement dans la piscine ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous attenant. L'utilisation d'un quai est prévue pour les amateurs de navigation. Enfin, terminez votre journée avec un dîner grillé sur la véranda avec moustiquaire tout en admirant un magnifique coucher de soleil. L'ascenseur n'est pas disponible pour les clients. Le propriétaire garde son propre bateau sur l'ascenseur.

The house was great, worked very well for our family vacation. My only suggestion is to clean the sea growth off of the canal ladder so you can easily get on and off paddle boards.

Beautiful location, near everything.

The location was center of the Island and very quiet. It was off season and had Hurricane Helene pass by causing a water surge and wind. We were safe at 8ft above sea level. The home needs some updates such as the sliding glass doors leading to the pool. Very difficult to slide even after cleaning the track and lubricating.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful house and pool! Approximately 15 minute walk to the beach. The pictures were very accurate! Only suggestion would be to update the beach gear (i.e. the wagon and umbrella). Would definitely return to this property!

Vacation with 2 older children

The four of us included my wife, 18 years old daughter, 21 year old son and myself. After walking around, the pool is definitely the best one the neighborhood. It was summer so the hot tub was not heated. We were a little disappointed in that. The house was great. Quiet neighborhood. The Island was the perfect, slow pace we were looking for.

Amazing week !

The home is great. We did need a golf cart to travel back and forth to the beach, we used south beach entrance mostly due to the quietness there. The golf cart ride was good, we traveled back roads, but that was okay. The check in was easy, instructions to check out were simple. There were no washcloths, I imagine for sanitary reasons, so we bought a few at the store, no big deal. We had a great week and would definitely return here! 😊

Wonderful getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay. House and pool were clean and welcoming! Had a plumbing issue and it was addressed and fixed within an hour. The only hope was to be able to go to the nearest beach (residents beach) but couldn't. It seems the owner cannot allow temporary guests to get passes. I would suggest Tiger Tail in the county park. Its $10 a day with in/out privileges. The closer option is a beach access about .7 mi away but has no parking. Nonetheless, great time, beautiful home and surroundings.

Perfect Location

Celebrated our anniversary over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were concerned about damage from Ian but it was a non issue. The home is clean, comfortable and a short walk from Collier Dr. We spent most of our time on the lanai soaking up rays and taking dips in the pool. If you plan on going to the beach everyday with chairs, cooler and umbrella you’ll want to get a small cart. Public Beach access is severely limited on Marco and is a ways down the road from the property. That’s just the way it is on Marco if your not beachfront.

Perfect location and home

This was our first visit to Marco Island, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay other than the historical horrible whether we had to endure. Pictures on website do not do this home much justice, it is nicer than we anticipated. We rented a golf cart for the week to take us to and from the beach and most dining excursions. There were 5 of us, wife, 3 daughters (19, 21 and 23) plus a couple dogs. We did not need to interact with the management company to much, but when we did, they were quick to respond. We normally do not spend much time in the pool or hot tub, but due to the immense amount of rain we did have to spend a significant amount of time on premises and we enjoyed them both immensely. This home has a very nice pool. The jacuzzi also works well if you follow the provided instructions (takes 45 minutes to heat up). We will definitely be returning, as we all loved our first Marco Island vacation.

Great House, Close to Beach

The house is wonderfully appointed, clean, with a great location that is a 12 minute walk, 4 minute bike or golf cart ride away. I would totally recommend renting bikes and/or a golf cart too.

We were very pleased with the house and the experience. The house was clean and fit us very well.

My only suggestion would be to up to electric locks and save the effort of picking up and dropping off keys.

Nice home in a good area

The property management company has an exceptional housekeeping staff, the house is meticulously clean. The beds and bedding in this home are dated and the mattresses are worn out, in no way met my expectations for a good nights sleep and could be rectified for a nominal financial investment.

Gorgeous pool

- Family room is small but cozy. - Kitchen is spacious, high quality, and very well stocked. - Laundry works well. - Dining room great size. - Master bedroom nice and large, mattress is very soft resulted in backaches. - Full bedroom small but perfect for kids or single, mattress was very firm. - Queen bedroom had very firm mattress, good space and well stocked. The air conditioner did nothing for this room. Could not sleep in this room because of the heat. Something is wrong - the ceiling fan and AC kept the room in the 80s. In the dead of summer it was not enough. Miserable. - Master and guest bathrooms are small but very nice. - Pool is great. Beautiful, clean, cool, love the outdoor space here and plenty of very nice pool floats. A few were broken. - AC was malfunctioning upon arrival. When we called Clausen Properties about it, she had an AC repair person there within the hour. Amazing response and service! - Overall very good. If the AC would cool the queen bedroom, it would have been fantastic.

Awesome House!

This house is clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to the beach and many great restaurants. We have great memories and can't wait to go back!
