Step inside and be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living area is cozy yet spacious, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Snuggle up by the fireplace with a good book or gather with loved ones for a movie night. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the deck, where the outdoor seating area is perfect for morning coffees, leisurely meals, or simply relaxing amidst the surrounding natural beauty. Use the propane BBQ grill to cook delicious meals outdoors, ideal for dining under the clear Sierra skies.

Located within the Bretz Mill community, you'll have access to exceptional amenities that enhance your stay. Don’t miss exploring the charming Shaver Lake Village, located just 5-10 minutes drive, where you can browse unique shops, savor local cuisine, and immerse yourself in the welcoming community atmosphere. Be sure to check out seasonal events and festivals that showcase the area’s rich culture and hospitality.
Walk to hiking trails, climbing, stream fishing, horse-shoe pits, and more.

Getting Around:
We recommend using your vehicles to get around! Lyfts/ubers are not available in the area. Guests will likely need 4WD and/or tire chains to navigate the snowy/icy roads in the winter.  The deck may not be available right after a snow storm.

Other Things to Note:
Heating & Cooling
Cooling: There are ceiling fans, and a window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. Heating: There are portable heaters, a gas fireplace, and wall heaters.

Remember to keep an eye on your weather app to be prepared for all your mountain adventures. It is best to arrive during sunlight hours. Snow chains are required during and after winter storms. The cabin is located in a gated mountain community of privately owned condos.
