Thank you so much for your 5-star review—we truly appreciate it! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the washing machine belt breaking during your stay. A brand-new washing machine was ordered immediately and installed the day after your departure. Fortunately, with access to our 8 additional homes within our gated community, our housekeeping team was able to stay on top of laundry needs. We’ll also be reminding them to ensure an ample supply of fresh towels is always available for our guests. We’re incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated team—William, Alex, Josh, Leo, Colin, Issic, and Jeff—who work hard to maintain the properties and ensure everything runs smoothly, including security and guest support. We’re also pleased to share that all pools have recently been upgraded to saltwater systems and are now serviced three times a week. With 24-hour access and plenty of lounge space, we aim to provide a relaxing, resort-style experience without the crowds. Managing a large 8,000 sq/ft home under roof with multiple systems can sometimes present challenges, but we’re committed to addressing any issues quickly and making sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thanks Eric. We are so happy you had a great time! And we agree the location on 1 acre in a gated private community with only nine other houses is fantastic. We normally provide silverware and Towels for 12 people and recommend travelers to shop at Home Goods down the street for any additional items they may need. (We reimburse). We will take your recommendation and double the quantity of silverware and Towels. We also have new chairs on order. We look forward to having you back soon!

We also have 7 other houses on VRBO in the same gated community. All are on an acre and some on 2 acres. We agree the outdoor space is awesome! And we pride ourself on our outdoor space because that’s where we spend most of our time on vacation. And your right we may be over 9000 Sq feet of indoor living space under roof. Lots of room for family and friends. We will be painting the inside next week and I’m so sorry Chris (our property manager) was gone your weekend for his bachelor party. It won’t happen again. As a back up I’m always available or Jeff. George our AV specialist is also always available for TV or sterio questions. Manuel our AC guy lives 5 mins away. Both are on speed dial. Our pool man comes Monday and Friday to vacuum and add chemicals. Jose is there M-F (8-4) to net pool, put trash out and help in any way. Marta and Gloria are there daily to clean or help cook.
