Clean and roomy. Nice host that was helpful. Only negative was you have no control of air conditioning temperature at all. The apartment complex controls it.

We had a lovely 3 night stay! Condo was as advertised and nice and tidy. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are several coffee shops, restaurants and an ice cream shop all within a few minutes walk. The metro stop is an easy 5-10 minute walk. Thank you for welcoming us!

Regarding the HVAC — the building operates on a seasonal heating and cooling system, with transitions managed in accordance with municipal regulations. This is common across buildings with centralized systems in the area and is not controlled at the unit level. Good location, easy check in process, responsive host to messaging. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. It appeared that it was left as is by the last guests and had not been cleaned at all. I am assuming this may have been an issue with the cleaning service. In the review it mentioned cleanliness, coffee stocked, supplies stocked, which was not true for us. They did send someone to clean the stove top when we sent pictures, which we appreciated but the cleaning team did not help with other cleaning requests. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and detergent, washed towels and sheets and cleaned the place ourselves to feel comfortable. We ended up leaving early.

Great place

It was a great area, convenient. There is construction around there but not too bad. Did have issues with the AC twice but easily contacted the owner and it was done. Other small issues occurred but was solved on a timely manner. Would stay there again!

DC vay kay

Great property but didn't like the dirty sheets and towels left at the entrance though... check in was not smooth because the door lock was unfamiliar to us. They were minor glitches... otherwise the stay was great. Location was near attractions we wanted to visit.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Pool was nice and quiet even with construction which you can’t control. Close to everything. Uber was quick to pick up and the best option since traffic is a nightmare in DC plus parking is limited and expensive. We will be back and stay with you again. Loved the security and staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

This was a great property. The complex itself is under going renovation work but it didn't impact on our apartment or stay. The location is close to metro station which was great to get around on.

Very Nice Property with Great Virtual Concierge Communication

We stayed with two couples in this property. We were very happy that it was set up so well. The virtual concierge responded to my emailed inquiries very quickly and professionally. The instructions for checking in and out were very clear. We really enjoyed our vacation and our stay here was a major contributor. Definitely will try to use them again.

As a seasoned traveler I prefer rentals to hotels. I chose this apartment for its location and seemingly strong amenities. I do not recall spending a lot of time reading reviews. I think it was ‘new’ on VRBO and had few reviews. The apartment was not clean, rugs were old and worn. Hair in the bathroom and worst the towels and linens were cheap and worn. The kitchen was furnished with normal kitchen dishes and cooking utensils. There were no dish towels provided, only a sponge. I found waded up sheets in the closet and waded up towels under the bathroom sink. There were items in the closets like old mattresses and lamps. It was creepy. Hooks were in the wall with no picture. I reached out to the property manager ‘ Anthony” for several days and he kept saying they would send someone, but it was a ruse. I feel like I was talking to an AI program. Most of our communication was on the VBRO app. I plan to bring this rental to the attention of the VRBO customer service because the description is very misleading, and the company managing the apartment had no intention of making our stay more comfortable. We were also instructed to not mention VRBO when we speaking with the building people during check in. All very creepy. We chose to stay for entire trip as location was good and we had our granddaughter. I would compare the experience as staying in a 1 star hotel.
