PRIVATE LODGE on acreage in the woods just STEPS away from The UofA!
Welcome to the dreamiest stay in Fay! You will not believe how close you are to everything Fayetteville has to offer, while at the same time feeling so secluded from the outside world! You have almost an entire acre to yourselves in a spacious and luxurious home in the woods to enjoy here. You'll be swept away by it's beauty and stunned by it's proximity to the UofA, Dickson Street, the mountains, etc. You simply will not find a better place to stay in majestic Fayetteville, Arkansas!
The place was great for our family while traveling to Fayetteville. The close location to campus was perfect for us. And the house was super cute and accommodating.
Loved the property. It felt very private, while being close to everything. The accommodations were great and just as they were described in the listing. We cooked dinner and breakfast at the house and had everything we needed. Loved the primary bathroom, very roomy.Would highly recommend it.Driveway was private, so we had to carefully follow the directions to find, but it wasn't a problem, just an FYI to pay attention to the directions received from the owner.
Very private location, we were in town to visit the university for my daughter. The place is very close to everything. Hayden was very accommodating to our needs. If she ends up attending here, weâll be back.
This house is close to everything in Fayetteville, yet itâs tucked away in a serene forested area. We spent time on the screened patio each morning. The bed swing on second floor lanai was lovely for afternoon reading. Recommend.
We booked the house for a quick getaway over Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. As vegetarians who enjoy cooking, we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchenâit had all the cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils we needed.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay or a quick weekend getaway!
This place was perfect for our stay. We had a group of girlfriends that were here for a friendâs daughterâs wedding. We had plenty of room here. It was a great location. Thanks for your hospitality!!
We had a great stay! We were headed back to Nebraska from Hot Springs Arkansas. We found out that the weather driving back would not be ideal so we found this amazing spot in Fayetteville. We arrived and knew we would be snowed in, but it didnât matter because the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! I hope to book again during football season if that is possible!!!
This lodge is amazing. He location canât be beat for football game or sporting event. Close to campus. Easy walk to football stadium. The lodge was really clean and spacious. Upstairs great for teens. Area outside for teens to play. Hayden was so helpful with restaurant recommendations that didnât disappoint. We will definitely be booking again when back for game weekends!
We stayed here for parents weekend and found the house to be super comfortable with an outstanding location.
The host was so easy to work with and answered question very quickly.
We would love to stay here again.
We were in town to help my sister move into her dorm for the school year. If visiting family at U of A or going to a football game this is the perfect place to stay! The property is right across from campus and made it super convenient especially traveling with my son who is under 2 years old. Everywhere else in town seemed to be less than a 15-20 minute drive as well for the most part. Although in town the property sits far back from the street and feels secluded in nature aside from garage studio on property that may be rented as well.
The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and Hayden the host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have and was able to accommodate an extra night for us with very short notice. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan on staying here again!
Hello! I am so glad you're here to stay. I am a 2016 UofA graduate, and lover of all things Arkansas. I was raised in Grapevine, TX and lived in Dallas after college. I now reside in West Texas with my family but get up to NWA as much as possible, I am obsessed with Fay! Having lived in Fay for 4.5 years, and continued to visit many times a year, I am adequately passionate and knowledgeable about it. Ask me anything and enjoy the best stay in Fay!
We choose this area of Fayetteville for the obvious reasons: it has the feel of complete seclusion, while at the same time, I can walk from the front door and be in my seats at a Razorback football game in under fifteen minutes. It's the most unique place in Fayetteville!
We are completely wooded in and secluded. In fact, if you don't have good directions to our house, you wouldn't ever find it by accident. You're so close to the campus that you hear Old Main bell tower every hour on the hour and the 5 O'clock rendition of the alma mater very clearly!
