Villa Suntastic - gulf access, pool & spa

The luxurious new villa is located in a sought-after residential area of Cape Coral. It is perfectly designed to enjoy the lifestyle of the Sunshine State!
Due to the west-facing location of the house, you can enjoy sun almost all day and the most beautiful sunsets every evening.

The large terrace offers wonderful views of the water, sun loungers for relaxing, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and large stainless steel grill. Spend cozy evenings in the spacious outdoor lounge.
The salt water pool with spa is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes.

The living room is open plan and the large sliding glass door leads to the pool deck. A television is available for entertainment. You will also find a wine cooler in the kitchen and an electric fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings.

For music fans, we have installed the speaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker). This means you can, among other things, listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the living area and on the terrace.

Another highlight of the house is the high-quality and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a Nespresso machine additionally to the regular coffee maker.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, as well as a private bathroom and direct pool access. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.

Tiles are laid throughout the house. No carpet, which is particularly important for allergy sufferers. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

NON-SMOKING VILLA - Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
