My adult daughter and her friend stayed here for a small get away to experience Charlestown & Folly Beach. They enjoyed their stay and said the location was close to attractions, clean and quaint stay.
Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, Iâd visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!!
Cute little place, easy check in and Susan was quick to respond to my message. We were traveling to Charleston for a day and this spot was close and met our needs.
Only stayed one night on our way home from Florida to visit Grandson also on James Island. Accommodations worked well. Only suggest to let people know to enter from door that is on the right side of the house. Owner answered immediately when I called and was very helpful.
Susan was a wonderful hostess. When we had difficulty checking in, she immediately reached out to check on us and was available during our stay if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and charming.
Five minute drive to Folly Beach. However, the house needs improvement: the bed squeaked loudly with the least movement. The doors all around the house need to be replaced and the doors need new locks. The display case in the living room needs to be secured to the wall so that a child doesnât pull it over and get hurt. We could not locate the high chair that was listed in the property description. As we drove up, a man across the street was on his porch yelling obscenities, and shortly thereafter a police car drove up. All in all, given the sketchy neighborhood and the price I paid for two nights, we were very disappointed and left a day early.
