The idyllic lakefront home will have you living the lake life the minute you walk through the door. The homes nautical design over three private bedrooms and three full bathrooms is everything you'd expect from beachfront living.

As you approach the charming entry you're greeted with a colorful flowers and immediate privacy. Upon entering the home, the sparkling south shore views can be seen from every angle of the living room, which opens to the dining and kitchen area. Stainless steel appliances, a center island, and built-ins provide a functional entertaining and cooking environment. The living area continues to the outdoors on a sprawling concrete patio with firepit, lounge chairs, dining table and private dock. The docking system can accommodate any vessel for daytime tie ups and offers built in benches for fishing and custom swim stairs. Completing the first floor is a sofa sleeper, classic fireplace, full bathroom laundry room and direct access to the garage. The garage will sure to be your favorite rainy day or late night hang out. Equipped with a foosball table, additional seating, ping pong table, TV and propane Weber grill. Also stored in the garage space are four kayaks for traveler use. Retreat upstairs via the spiral staircase or exterior stairs to the walk out second level deck. Here you will find a large guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and full over twin bunk beds. Smart TVs are located in both of the second level guest bedrooms where you can stream all your favorite shows before bed. The middle bedroom provides a queen bed. Sweeping lake views can be found from every bed in the second level of the home. Off the middle bedroom is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Each bathroom offers hair dryers, towels, and soaps. At the end of the hallway is the secluded primary suite providing a king sized bed from Joss and; Main and a day bed offering sleeping space with twin over twin trundle bed. A great set up for travelers with children who need to sleep in the same room or can be used as sitting area for those desiring additional private space. The primary bedroom provides a en-suite full bathroom with stand up shower. Floor to ceiling patio doors offer spectacular views to the walk-out lakefront balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the boats cruise by. Walk down the road to the famous Gingham Inn for the best chicken in town or the locals favorite, Spillway Drive In, for the best ice cream in the area. Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.
This property is professional hosted by, locally owned and operated, Okoboji Vacation Co. were we strive to bring only the best quality experience to our guests including professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This amenity provides you quality linens that are in place and ready upon your arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner packets, face bar soap, 5 garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (make arrangement if you think your group will need more than provided in the starter pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out. If you’re booking a property that does not have a local host; think again!

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
