This spectacular vacation home is located in the heart of the Sea Pines on Cannon Row. You will be near everything Sea Pines has to offer including the island's best beaches. Don't miss your chance to stay in this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath home, with over 2,600 square feet of living space, and your own private pool, all in the popular Heritage Woods and Baynard Cove area. Conveniently located near one of the bike paths that covers the entire Sea Pines. Bike to the lighthouse at Harbour Town or the Salty Dog Café at South Beach - both only 10 minutes by bike.

Enjoy the open floor plan from the kitchen to the family room, living room and to the pool! It's a great home for entertaining and maximizing your vacation time with friends and family. The home has been completely remodeled! It features a great breakfast bar for the kids, as well as chef grade cooking gear, cutlery, and china! The home has a wonderful centrally located living area with plenty of room for all the family to relax, both inside, as well as outside. The backyard overlooks Heritage Pond, which is a tidal lagoon fed by Baynard Cove Cay and the Calibogue Sound. It doesn't get more relaxing sitting pool side, or in the pool lounging area, with your favorite beverage. The deck and pool deck provide a tranquil space that's also great for listening to your favorite music, reading or just plain relaxing! When it's time to say goodnight retreat to your own private bedroom, all with ample closet and storage space.

Completely remodeled in 2024, the home features 14ft ceilings in the living and family rooms, and features all the modern comforts and amenities of a new home. Is any beach equipment made available? Yes. 4 Beach chairs, a large cooler and "beach mule", for hauling beach gear, are provided.

Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, losing keys, or having to exchange keys through the mail.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? Just contact the property manager and we have on island resources to manage any issue with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact or resolve a problem with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

How close are you to the beach? Heritage Pond Hideaway is just 12 houses off the beach with a direct path down Wagon Road to Bike Path 25.

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and its about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute car ride, to both. The home is just about equal distance to both.

What size is your house? Our home is over 2,600 square feet.

We've stayed in several other homes in Sea Pines and most of the pools are heavily shaded and cold. Does this pool get any sun? Yes, as you can see from the pictures, the pool gets sun almost all day long. The back of the home faces east south east. From mid May through mid September it gets direct sunlight from early morning to late afternoon.

Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!

Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is 30 days or less away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.

The place was great. It was better than the pictures. We loved the little ledge in the pool and there is a nice corner ledge in the deep end. The pool is not very big, but the ocean is very close. The location is wonderful. Close to the beach and a short ride to Harbour Town.

Excellent house and management

The house was perfect for our two family vacation! Loved that we could bike everywhere and that the beach was so easy to get to. Property management group was great - always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again for future!

multi generational vacation oasis!

this property was wonderful for our 3generation family. a short bike ride to the beach and a pool with an amazing view of a pond. the fish were jumping and the pool water cool. the house had a dining room table for family meals and games. the kids had their own tv room so we could all relax and enjoy our shows. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space when needed mid week. Kitchen had enough plates and cooking pans to make at home meals easy. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great lay-out for gathering and close to beach

We just finished our stay in Sea Pines and this home has been one of the all time favorites. The home was nicely layed out that made it easy for gatherings for the entire family. John, the property manager was top notch in communicating prior and throughout the trip ensuring we had everything we needed. The home is not only close to the beach but only a short ride to the beach club. Having the pool readily available for our group was an added bonus for those that did not want to stay at the beach too long. Great place and management. Will definitely consider for our next Sea Pines Adventure

Five Star Property in the Heart of Sea Pines

We absolutely loved our stay in this gem of a property off Wagon Road. Located in the heart of Sea Pines, this home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully accommodated. We had a party of six (one set of grandparents, two school aged children, and one set of parents). The setup was especially great for the children, as they had a small den where they could watch TV and hang out. The kitchen was stunning and there was plenty of living space to rest and relax. The view of the lagoon can’t be beat! Communication from the property manager was top notch. We would absolutely love to return! Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us :)

You quickly find yourself not wanting to use your car, but walk or bike everywhere. It is all about connecting with family, friends and the unique environment of the plantation.
