Thank you for sharing your feedback about Grand Panama 2-1404 Penthouse. I’m sorry your stay was marred by the parking, check-in delays, and lack of carts. I apologize for the 30-minute wait to get parking spots and the code — we’ll review our arrival procedures and on-site staffing to reduce that delay. The reserved parking space being taken and the hotel’s inability to identify the vehicle is unacceptable; I’ve reported this to on-site management and security so they can improve enforcement and vehicle registration procedures. I also regret there were no carts available. I’ve asked the on-site operations team to ensure luggage carts are stocked and accessible at peak check-in times. Finally, maintenance will inspect and repair the items in the unit that weren’t working. Thank you for noting the room’s positive aspects. We’ll use your comments to make improvements. Team BBG

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you and your family had a wonderful time celebrating your mother’s birthday. It’s great to know that the size of the property was perfect for your group and that you found the beds comfortable and had plenty of towels. We’re also glad you enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach and restaurants. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future! Thank you again for your kind words!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time overall and enjoyed the property, the dog run, and our location. We truly appreciate your compliments about the management and the ease of check-in. However, we also understand the concerns you raised regarding the pantry being locked and the storage issues for your dry goods. We recognize how important it is for families to have adequate space when preparing meals, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Regarding the grill situation, we appreciate your input about the accessibility and the lack of working grills in Tower 2. This feedback is invaluable, and we will share it with the resort. Thank you again for your insights. We hope to welcome you back for another stay and will strive to make your next experience even better!
