Upon entering, you'll be mesmerized by the sweeping vistas of Panama City Beach from the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the contemporary décor in royal blue and turquoise hues, along with upscale furnishings, set the stage for an unforgettable stay. And when you step out onto the private terrace, you're greeted with an endless view of the Gulf, where the azure waters meet the horizon in a breathtaking display.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring balcony access, a King-sized bed, and an en-suite bath designed for pampering with a soaking tub, separate stand-alone shower, double vanity, and water closet, all accented with touches of coastal reminders.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bath mirroring the opulence of the master, with lavish details of comfort.

For additional guests, the third bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom is a dream for the little ones, with two bunk beds, one of which includes a trundle, accommodating up to 5 children in cozy comfort, all complemented by vibrant burst of royal blue and turquoise.

Convenience meets luxury with a common bath off the hallway, complete with a tub-shower combo. Also a full sized washer and dryer and WiFi throughout the residence.

Outside the penthouse, you'll discover all the amenities of the Grand Panama resort, from a state-of-the-art fitness room where you can maintain your workout routine, to sparkling pools where you can cool off on a hot day. After a refreshing swim, unwind in the bubbling hot tub, or indulge in a delicious snack from the poolside snack shack, all while soaking in the warm sunshine and the stunning views. There is also a grilling area to prepare your choice of fare. The 5th Floor walkover provides easy access to the beach and all the amenities Grand Panama offers!

Can have 2 dogs up to 25 lbs only. (Pet fee is $150 and resort has strict policy for weight limit and small breed only.)
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges.
