Wondeful Villa with great view on the sea

The villa is a semi-detached house situated on a hill, overlooking Tropea and the sea. This villa has a large living/dining area, with a dining table and chairs, armchair, double sofa bed, stereo, and well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and an oven and there is a WC/utility downstairs. It has both air-conditioning and central heating. Internet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedroom with single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a washing machine. There is also a shared well-stocked garden, with a patio, flowers, and trees. There are chairs and a table for outside dining, bbq, wood-burning brick oven "PIZZA", we have old spring water. Two private parking. Common infinity pool. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach and the center of Tropea where there are plenty of restaurants and bars.
Rules of the property
On the day of check-in, customers must pay the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax.
Check-in ore 15:30 P.M. - check out ore 9:00 A.M.
The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:30 A.M. to 13:30 P.M. and from 15:00 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
