The space
The bird's nest is an upstairs king studio, perfect for a couple looking for a quiet and relaxed retreat away from the crowds!

-Free WIFI in all rooms - No heavy downloads please!
-Gated parking available for free on site - Car is highly recommended.
-There is a US$20 charge for early check in (when available) or late check in (10:00 PM - 1:00 AM) or late check out (when available) - No check-ins after 11:00 PM please!
-We do have 2 cats who roam around and dogs who are in a gated area.
-This is the Jungle - There will be bugs, spiders, iguanas plus various other wild animals.

Additional rules
CAMP RULES

1. No smoking in rooms (Outside is OK, but not in pool or pool deck)
2. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property
3. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
4. No unattended children in the pool
5. There is a replacement fee for lost or damaged items
6. Additional guests must be registered; charges may apply
7. The Management is not responsible for valuables left in room
8. Please lock doors & windows when not in the room
9. Have fun!

10. Most importantly, please note we are on self-generated electricity and it is extremely expensive. Turn off the air-conditioning, fans and lights when not at home. Do not run air-conditioning with windows or doors open. Please conserve energy when possible, thank you!

QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
It is not allowed to congregate in groups in common areas, pool deck or patios & terraces during quiet hours. During these hours we also ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum inside your house. Please be respectful to all guests!

CHECK-OUT
It is not expected for you to clean your room upon your departure. However, we do appreciate it being left tidy!
