Welcome to our wellness oasis!
Renovated house with brand new furniture and bedding. Enjoy the big private backyard which includes a pool and fish pond that allows for ultimate relaxation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a supermarket just 4 minutes away. Natural Tinker Park is close by, offering a serene escape as well. Additionally, the property is 11-13 minutes away from Strong Memorial Hospital making it a perfect place for travel RN’s to reside at. We look forward to hosting you!

The space:
There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer available. Backyard includes pool and fish pond. Central AC & heat available as well.

Perfect for our family get together. We had a family reunion and both kids and gkids joined us. Plenty of room. The gkids rarely left the pool, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Highly recommend.

Graduation visit

My family and extended family members came for a high school graduation party. We all had a comfortable stay, and the bedrooms upstairs were perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to major routes. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Awesome Stay!

The process was great. I booked 4 months in advance and check in was on! The property was in a clean and friendly neighborhood. Stores and mall all within 10 minutes. Amenities were available and will probably come back when in town.A must see.

Our family came for college graduation. Communication with management was very good. Location was very good. Those two facts are 5 stars.However, the rental itself was poor. Beginning with the kitchen, there was food still in the refrigerator that was from prior guests. The kitchen towels were dirty with dried food on them. There were no paper towels, nor could we access the closet upstairs where we were told to get them. The countertops were dirty with a sticky substance. The grill outside looked as it had just been used. There were stains on the carpet, one of the bedrooms smelled like cigarette smoke and most of the sheets were dirty. The rug in the family room had stains on it. The only guest bath towels in the home were the large bath towels that appeared to have just been purchased and not washed. There were no hand or face towels. The main bedroom shower had a mildew film on the floor and the door was dirty with smudges.There was a strange collection of what looked like small pot-holders next to the sink and had other people’s toothpaste on them. There was hair and dirt around the sink. The hot tub was not working. I have never posted a review like this. I feel terrible posting but had I read a review like this, I would not have rented this property. We travel frequently and always use VRBO. With the price we paid, we assumed it would be clean and ready for our group. Good luck in the future. The house is a great space and has tons of potential.

Large and clean accommodations in neighborhood

We needed accommodations that allowed for 7 adults and one 2 yo. This house was perfect for that. Two bedrooms had king sized beds and all had memory foam beds (a big plus compared to other rentals we have stayed in). The two full bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Plenty of room to hang out - two living spaces and dining area. The kitchen was decently outfitted but still missing a toaster which hopefully will be there for the next guest. A large driveway allowed for great off street parking. We could see the pool and hot tub but obviously did not use them. Location was great for us since all of our events were in Henrietta or Rush. Overall, these accommodations were perfect for us!

Quick weekend college visit

My family came in for a college visit and spent an extra day exploring Letchworth State Park which is about an hour away. Before arriving, I had asked about places to potentially see when we were there. The host had offered various ideas for places to visit which was much appreciated. We had a little trouble with the WiFi password when first arriving but the host was quick to answer and it was quickly resolved. The beds and rooms were quite comfortable. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is a nice bonus and has nice outdoor furniture for relaxing around the pool. The kitchen was a bit sparse with amenities but had enough plates and utensils for our family of 4. Knowing this is a newly listed rental I would make the suggest of adding a toaster to the kitchen and a few more pots, pans and utensils and having a small hair dyer available upstairs.

The is most factual occurrence of events during our stay. First when we arrived there was a car in the driveway, when I check my phone I had a recent message stating there is a permanent tenant onsite in an attached converted apartment. This is not on the listing and caught us off guard but we thought ok no big deal. Then we arrived to a house that was over 80 inside on the main floor. After contacting the property, I was told the cleaner must have forgotten to turn the air on. Because it was so hot it took about 5-6 hours to cool down which was in the middle of the night. Thw next morning when my daughter was playing she asked me who was in the back yard. A damily member went outside to find a tree company came in to look at the trees, again no heads up or communication. On our second evening we emptied the garbage to fin no garbage bags. The property contact was able to get bags dropped off in morning. In the middle of the third night the house heated up to over 80 again. The next morning I contact the property again and was told it was working fine prior. We decided to take the kids in the pool and when in the pool we found multiple magots in the pool. They were likely washed down during a rain storm. The house continued to be over 80 on the first floor. The following day I contacted the property to let them know we could not stay another night with the heat. They did refund us two nights. My opinion is the house is not well maintained and the listing is not accurate.

The property was perfect for what my family needed it for. Great location to anything in Rochester and not too far away from Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The highlight of the property is the pool! As described, gorgeous, well maintained! The kids spent every minute they could swimming in it! The host was responsive and got a minor issue resolved in a timely manner. Overall great stay. Thank you for hosting us.
