Welcome to your dream retreat in Pasadena! This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and fun, making it the ideal choice for families, friends, or groups seeking a memorable getaway. Staying with us is like staying at a resort. We have a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and fire pit dining table without the resort crowds and fees.

What you can expect.....
You are renting our main front house. You will also have access to the property's amenities which include the pool, hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit/patio, etc.

Bedrooms
We have 3 bedrooms and a queen size pullout couch with a memory foam mattress.

Bedroom 1 - king size bed, en-suite with soaking tub and rain shower, makeup desk, closet, 65" TV, ceiling fan, charging stations on each nightstand and full length mirror, french door to patio area with fire pit.

Bedroom 2 - California King bed, blackout curtains, charging stations on each nightstand, ceiling fan, 55" TV

Bedroom 3 - Bunk room. It's a twin, full, twin setup. That is a twin on top, full size on bottom and a twin pull out trundle. Small desk, office chair, oscillating fan, closet space and 55" TV.

Finally in the living room is a queen size pull-out bed with a nice memory foam mattress.

Bathrooms
- Bathroom #1 is in the master bedroom and has a soaking tub and rain shower
- Bathroom #2 has a tub and shower combo
- Bathroom #3 is a stand up rain shower

Each bathroom has Nexxus shampoo/conditioner, Dove body wash, loofah sponges, hair dryer, Epsom salt, toothpaste/toothbrush if needed and hand soap

Kitchen & Dining
Equipped with everything you need including InstantPot(which is also a crockpot and rice cooker plus 9 other things), blender, dutch oven, roasting pans, air fryer/toaster oven combo, microwave, popcorn maker, electric tea kettle, coffee pot, baking pans, pots/pans, Le Creuset baking dishes, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mixing bowls, storage containers and much much more. For your convenience, we also provide parchment paper, foil, plastic wrap, baggies of all sizes, dish towels, cleaning products, sharp knife set, and a toaster. We are also stocked with Dunkin coffee and Tazo tea.

In addition, we have:

- Full-size washer/dryer with detergent pods and fabric softener
- Nest controlled central heating and air conditioning
- Bluetooth enabled surround sound in non-bedroom areas

- Heated pool (fee is $50/day and takes 24-hours to heat so please notify host in advance).

Other Important details and information..

This property is a shared lot with 2 homes on it. The largest is the main house (front house) and that is what you will be renting. The Hosts live in the back house. All amenities are exclusive to you during your stay.

House Rules:
-10 overnight guests is the maximum for our home
-No drones (yes I have to say that as we've had guests fly their drones over our neighbors backyards)
-Absolutely no parties. This is not a party house.
-Notify the host (prior to check-in) if you will have daytime visitors. They will need to park offsite.
-Maximum guests in the backyard is no more than 10.
-No smoking inside the house (if you smoke outside you are expected to clean up all of your trash) - cigarette butts in the street gutter included (yes we've had guests do that).
-Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
-Do not hang out in the front yard or on the street past 10PM.


Service Days:
- Trash day is on Tuesdays. We will need enough space on the curb to place trash cans. If needed we can share the driveway.
- Wednesday afternoons our gardeners will be on property for about 30-mins. Usually around 4pm.
- Wednesday is the day the pool is cleaned and he usually comes around 11 am.

Parking

Parking is available for 2 cars only on the street. You must park directly in front of our house. You cannot park vehicles in front of any of the neighbors houses.
The City of Pasadena has strict parking rules for Airbnb's. If you have more than 2 vehicles you will need to park them at the offsite lot which is about 1-mile from the house. You will need to notify the Host prior to check-in to make the appropriate accommodations. If you will have guests visiting the house during your stay, you need to notify the Host to make off-site parking arrangements.

Grocery/Food Apps:

DoorDash, Instacart and Uber Eats are highly used in our area. Please message us if you want to have your groceries delivered prior to your arrival. We are happy to help.

1. Tournament of Roses Parade - come and celebrate as you are walking distance to the parade route (less than 1 mile). There's also a FloatFest for 2 days following the parade that you can walk to (less than 1 mile).
2. The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens: Immerse yourself in art and nature. Only 4 miles away, a quick 10-minute drive.
3. Norton Simon Museum: Enjoy a world-renowned art collection. Located 5 miles away, about a 12-minute drive.
4. Old Pasadena: Explore shopping, dining, and entertainment in this historic district. Just 3 miles away, a 10-minute drive.
5. Rose Bowl Stadium: Experience exciting events and the iconic flea market. Only 4 miles away, around 10 minutes by car.

7. Eaton Canyon: Home to the Eaton Canyon falls (entry is 1 mile from our house) It’s a great hiking trail and it’s about 3.5 miles round trip and can take about 2 hours….the waterfalls are amazing.

1. Dodger Stadium: Catch a game at this iconic baseball park. Located 12 miles away, about a 20-minute drive.
2. Hollywood Walk of Fame: Walk among the stars and explore Hollywood’s famous landmarks. Approximately 14 miles away, around a 25-minute drive.
3. Universal Studios Hollywood: Enjoy thrilling rides and movie-themed attractions. Only 17 miles away, about a 30-minute drive.
