The estate is south of Dunmore town on the bay yet a short walk to the world famous Pink Sand beach with a private beach access.
The estate is situated back from the water to accommodate a large yard with an oversized swimming pool, large covered pool cabana, as well as, a large pool bath with air conditioning.
The main upstairs level boasts a large vaulted post and beam ceiling great room, with an oversized kitchen and island bar. Just off the kitchen is a full wet bar with ice maker, refrigerator and wine chiller.
