Kings Surf Shack is a hippy chic eco-friendly home with a palm tree filled garden and a turtle pond.
It’s the perfect place to relax in one of the front porch rocking chairs or take a siesta in a hammock while the ocean breeze gently cools you.

Upon entering you are met with an eclectic great room with 1950s inspired wall paper, retro sofas and an extensive gallery of Bahamian and International original artwork.
The gourmet kitchen is whimsical with Big Chill Retro Pink Appliances and earthy pendants from Tulum.

The great room leads to the generous lush outdoor living space that evokes the surfer lifestyle with its 25m lap pool, hot tub and playful light fixtures. Next to the outdoor covered area sits a 1984 VW Bubble Gum Pink Bus that has been retrofitted into a private food truck (the outdoor kitchen) (with grill, wok burner and undercounter fridges).

Chill out in one of the swings that hang over the social area of the pool, which are idyllic for relaxing day or night or, when the sun goes down put your feet up and enjoy watching your favourite movies on the remote screen with laser projector.

Kings Surf Shack has 5 bedrooms (with a loft), 5.5 bathrooms, pantry and cozy TV room/kids area.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master is replete with a king size wicker bed, walk in closet and master bathroom with pink and green Cuban tiles and a double shower that leads to an outdoor bathtub and shower. Next to the master is the Surfer Girl Room with four poster queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is the Bunk Room with a fun barn wood fort for children to enjoy.
Annexed to the main house is the Guest Suite with a king size bed, loft with two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, sitting room (with TV) and coffee station.

Above the outdoor covered area is the Guest Cottage, with king size bed, TV, full kitchen with Big Chill Retro Yellow Appliances and balcony hanging over the pool.

On top of the Guest Cottage sits a Crows Nest with fabulous Ocean Views and a king size day bed for sunbathing or stargazing.

Under the Guest Cottage sits the mini gym with a Peloton Bike, Yoga Mats and a few free weights.

Behind the Guest Cottage is an outdoor Shower and bathroom.

The entire home is powered during the day by Solar Power. It has a Rolls Royce back up generator and a Reverse Osmosis System with 10,000 gallon cistern providing drinking water from every faucet.
