Notice - Recreation Deck Work (JulyâŻ28 - DecemberâŻ31,âŻ2025)
We're excited to share that Waikiki Banyan will be making improvements to the recreation deck between JulyâŻ28 and DecemberâŻ31,âŻ2025. During this time, workers will be applying materials that may occasionally produce a mild odor. This is normal, harmless, and its presence will vary throughout the project.
Please keep balconies clear of lightweight items so they don't blow onto the deck. Items that do end up in the work area may be difficult to retrieve.

At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii.
We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.
Regardless, if you need to wash your swimwear and towels, please use the laundry area at the end of the hallway on each floor. Paper rolls and any other toiletry items can be purchased at the convenience stores nearby
PENALTY & GUIDELINES:
1. Please be aware that itâs a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.
2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs.
3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.
