The apartment is within 2-3 blocks of several restaurants and bars. Restaurants in Downtown Frankfort include: Bourbon on Main, Goodwood Brewery, Main Street Diner, Serfini, Mi Fiesta, Brown Barrel, Mortimer Bibb, Brick Alley, Howser Tavern, Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe, and Sub Pub. Locals Food Hub & Pizza Pub and Limewater are both a short 15 minute walk from downtown area. Two coffee houses downtown are the Engine House and Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe. B's Bakery is in downtown with Poppy's Bakery a 15 minute walk. Sig Luscher Brewery is about 100 yards from the apartment. The State Capitol Building and Governor's Mansion are 1 mile away. Two distilleries, Buffalo Trace and J. Mattingly 1845 are with 1.5 miles. The Kentucky River is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
