* Fully equipped kitchen with a 5-seat dining table and a water bar offering both hot and cold drinking water.
* Spacious living room with high ceilings, a cozy lounge chair, sofa, and a 65" 4K smart TV.
* Balcony with a refreshing sea breeze, stunning views of the Mediterranean, and a 5-seat round dining table—perfect for enjoying dinner while watching the sunset.
* First bedroom (main level) has a full-size double bed (140x200 cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom.
* Second bedroom (upper level) with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
- Entire apartment.
- Outdoor swimming pool.
- Private underground parking (vehicle height is limited to 1.85 m/6.07 ft).

A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.
Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
⚠️ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, not included in the listed price. Tourists (who do not hold an Israeli passport) must submit their valid B2 stay permit issued at passport control at the airport to be exempt from VAT. Check-in instructions will be provided only after the VAT payment or submission of the B2 permit.
📌 IMPORTANT UPDATE: The swimming pool will be closed starting May 3rd, and the reopening date is currently unknown.
* Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is available for an additional fee.
