Step inside the house to find a well-decorated, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can float in the private pool, cook something in the outside kitchen, barbecue ribs on the grill, or enjoy wine under the pergola. Serenity Await"! No Parties or Events: No Unapproved Additional Guests: Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is allowed.
The master bedroom has a private ensuite with a sauna tub and jets, offering a luxurious, spa-like experienceâa two-sink vanity with plenty of room. Walk-in Shower: adjacent to the tub, a spacious walk-in shower with a glass enclosure features multiple showerheads.
The master bedroom is spacious and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a seamless flow from the sleeping area to the master bathroom.
The room's centerpiece is a Cal-king bed with a luxurious headboard. It is covered with high-quality linens, plush pillows, and a stylish duvet.
The room includes matching bedside tables with elegant lamps and a dresser for your clothes.

Our location serves as a gateway to the natural wonders of Yosemite National Park. This iconic park, cradled in California's Sierra Nevada mountains, is celebrated for its majestic ancient Sequoia trees and the breathtaking granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome, all just a stone's throw away from our property.
The Northern California Coast has many beautiful and awesome cities and towns with views that are close by and easily accessible. A few of my favorite places on the northern coast include Monterrey, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Half Moon Bay and many other small but significant points/ports of interest.
Guests can access all areas, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard. Please note that "The garage is not accessible because it is being used for storage."

While you're enjoying a swim, the pool sweeper and hoses may be temporarily removed for your safety. We'd like to ask that they be returned to the pool after you swim to continue their vital function. There is a pool that is safe to swim in; please note that the pool is not heated.
Our pool, a key property feature, is regularly and diligently maintained for your safety and enjoyment. Every Tuesday morning between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m., the pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance by Agustin Pool Service, led by Mr. Agustin. This regular maintenance ensures the pool is always in top condition.

Every Friday between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., Miguel Corona-Gardening Service Company services our lawn. During this time, the lawn care team is on the property to mow the lawn, trim the hedges, and ensure that the grounds are well-maintained for your enjoyment.
Rest assured, these companies have been servicing our home for 10+ years with great success, delivering outstanding service and performance every week, year after year! You can trust in their expertise and commitment to maintaining our property.
Our Waste Management Company is scheduled to pick up our waste every Wednesday in the early morning. However, if there is a Monday holiday, the pick-up will be on Thursday morning instead.
Airbnbâs policy: Parties and events are not allowed.
âą Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
âą Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive trash.
âą Damage: Where guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if theyâre responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
âą Approved guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and ask their Host if they're unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited.
