Ski on and Off Windham Mountain Village Townhome Unit

Thank you for pointing our those items Michaela, The AC spilt unit that was just recently installed in the living room we feel covers the entire unit if you leave it on with the doors open. The upstairs also has 2 large ceiling fans that if you leave on will circulate the air so that the entire unit is cool. I believe that only 2 full bathrooms are already listed. There is a grill on the rear deck that we feel is usable but as I mentioned also there is another brand new one for guest use provided for in the club room. Any broken chairs will be replaced another guest might have broken it.

I am sorry Frank that hurricane Debbie passed through the area on the day of your arrival. There was not much I could have done except for update you on the status of a wide spread power outrage that was beyond my control. That’s said power was restored the next day by 11am however instead you decided to leave that same night and also make something up about bugs on the way out which we never did see or confirm after you left. How could you even see anything with no lights anyhow? Once again I am sorry for this bad luck during your stay and there was not much more that can was able to do. I do not think something outside of my control warrants a bad review on your end

I am not in the least bit surprised by your review as you tried to blackmail me into a free stay. Funny how you decided to stay even though as you claim the place was so unbearable yet you and your entire extended family stayed for a week AND THEN you proceeded to insist that I provide you with a refund. I received numerous complaints from my neighbors in the complex and I was fined by the association because you exceeded the number of allowed guests in the unit and you broke clubhouse and pool house rules numerous times. Guests like you should not be allowed on the platform. If anything was broken when you left it was you that did it. My guess is that you are going through some financial hardship and I am sorry to hear that but you should be ashamed of trying to rip off hard working Hosts and local cleaning crews / tradespeople that try their best to appease even ungrateful and disrespectful Guests like yourself. You are not welcome back.
