The villa features three cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members. Each room is tastefully decorated with Balinese-inspired décor, ensuring a serene and peaceful ambiance.
• Electricity Charges: Electricity is charged based on consumption at a rate of 7THB per kWh.
• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
