Everything was good except the last day the cleaning lady had another time than what I had on my schedule of reservations and she came at 8:30 / 9:00 and was rushing us to leave and if she says that it's a lie well we have her on video

Great stay and close to everything

Our stay was PERFECT! We LOVED the location; it was within a short driving distance to many restaurants, Walmart , Tanger Outlet, and so much more. The neighborhood felt safe, and the pool was very clean. Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. The communication with the host was great from beginning to end!

We had a great stay in the condo. We had everything we needed and it was incredibly close to the event center where we were participating in a tournament and the OWA shopping and dining. Owner was very helpful when I went to the wrong location when trying to check in. Thank you!!

The Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Purpose of trip was the OWA and conveniently located across the main highway from the condo. Shopping the same, Tanger Outlet 1 light away and Orange Beach 20 minutes away light traffic. Lots of dining choices close.

Overall great property and location! Upon arrival we found two rather large cockroaches in the unit. Thankfully we didn’t see any other during our stay. Other than that, we enjoyed the rental!

Everything started out great. Our check in went smoothly as there really wasn’t any. The host sends a code to get in the room. But as soon as we got in the room and wanted to head over to the pool is where the problems started. The pool was closed. I understand things happen that are out of peoples control, but we were never notified that it would be unavailable ( for 3.5 days of our trip). We were there for a softball tournament, so when it did become available we were unable to use it. Then we got ready for showers to only have 4 washcloths for 8 people. Upon asking for more I was told we would have some later that day. By the next morning, we still had not received any washcloths, so I messaged the owner again and told him that and that the pool had been closed. When he replied, he said that he would have some out there later, which we did get, he then message saying that there was a complaint of loud noise, kids, jumping, etc. I hadn’t even had time to respond to that message when he sent another one saying that the cops would come and evict us and that the wash rags were the least of our problems. We did have a six-year-old boy with us, but he was not jumping, maybe running through the apartment which we tried to calm him down. we found the message very rude and uncalled for also, one of the ladies that was staying there. Her husband is a police officer and we know that is not how it works. Maybe this should not be a family, friendly condo
