This home and property is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to either be all together and enjoy a family dinner, play games or to spread out and enjoy. From the tv area downstairs, the spacious living room upstairs, outdoor decks, covered patio, front porch, level area by the lake to play yard games or enjoy and evening fire in the fire pit, this is truly a place to “Take It Easy”.

Hot Tub - Set in the perfect setting to watch the sunset at the lake. (please follow all instructions for Hot Tub use, more details to come)
Fire Pit Area - Fire pit area will be close to lakeside to enjoy an evening fire, fire wood provided.

Take out the 2 provided kayaks (must bring your own safety equipment) and kayak around the cove which is off the main channel of the lake.

Looking to do some walking? The private roads are great for this, you can even take a walk to the nearby SML airport and watch some of the private planes.

Fully stocked kitchen, newer appliances, dishwasher, complimentary K-cups, air fryer, gas grill, 2 kayaks.

Please note this is a private community and a part time home that our family lives in. Most of the neighbors live here year round and we want to continue to respect them and the community. We take pride in our home and are very excited to be able to share it with you and your family. We have many great memories as a family on this lake from our kids learning how to ski or just relaxing playing family games. Enjoy.
