➡ Please note that this is an older condo building. Appliances and furniture are modern but the kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated. While this condo is not a luxury accommodation, it provides a cozy and comfortable space for a relaxing getaway with easy access to the base area where you can do a lot of activites.
➡ Replenishments or additional items will need to be purchased by guests. Before arriving, please consider buying the additional items. There are also plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores around to purchase your supplies and grocery items. Please refer to the digital guidebook that will be provided to you after booking for a list of nearby stores.
➡ In the winter months, pls be prepared for winter conditions. A 4WD/AWS vehicle and/or winter tires might be required and highly recommended. There is a small ramp going up the condo building that might be challenging for a vehicle if it's not winter ready. Guests assume all responsibility for getting to and accessing the property. Host assumes no liability and does not offer refunds for weather-related issues.

The location of the condo is what attracted us to it. It's easy to walk to the Base Area for various activities. The property is also perched atop a small hill, giving it a spectacular view of Steamboat Mountain and a relaxing place to stay.
