No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful residential area. Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or outside visitors are allowed. Only the exact guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless explicitly approved by us in writing prior to your check-in. Countertop Protection: Please protect our beautiful countertops by using the provided hot pads and cutting boards at all times. Never place hot pans or sharp knives directly on the surfaces.
Hot Tub Care: The mature trees above drop leaves and twigs. To keep the water pristine, the hot tub cover must remain on at all times when not actively in use. Absolutely no food or glass bottles are allowed inside the hot tub. adult supervision is mandatory in the hot tub and garage game room at all times.
Climate Control in Garage Game Room: When checking out, please turn off the garage game room heater/AC unit. During your stay, please do not set the AC lower than 69°F or the heat higher than 74°F.
Safety Check: For your safety, please double-check that all gas valves to the kitchen stove, oven, outdoor grill, and fire pit are completely shut off before leaving the property.
Pillows: The throw pillows on the beds and couches are strictly decorative. Please utilize the abundance of standard sleeping pillows and extra blankets provided in the closets.
