Enjoy a peaceful setting overlooking a neighborhood park and lake! This quiet home offers a furnished deck and a fenced yard with lake views. Cook out on the flat-top grill (propane provided) and dine alfresco amid the vistas.

Spanning two levels, your retreat offers ample room to entertain. On the main floor, high ceilings soar in the Great Room where large windows flood the space with natural light. Get cozy around the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the large TV.

The sleek modern kitchen has everything you‚ll need to whip up hearty meals and includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The primary suite can also be found on this level and features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower. The second bedroom with a twin daybed has a twin trundle bed underneath.

Find even more social space downstairs. A cozy den offers a gas fireplace, TV, and an adjacent kitchenette with a sink and microwave.

Above and Beyond

I have stayed at several VRBO accommodations. Never have a stayed at a house this prepared, comfortable and overall inviting than this listing. Contacting property managers was seamless, although we seldom had to because all was just perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with food prep and appliances. Washing machines were fantastic. Beds comfortable. Could for many people comfortably. The property is very well-kept and clean. 5 stars here!!!

Our Girl Scout troop celebrated our 80th birthdays with a three day reunion. The home was perfect for a wonderful visit and celebration. We enjoyed the deck and home . A perfect location with access to local venues.

The home was very inviting and host was accommodating as we locked ourselves out! The location was convenient to restaurants and major highways but also secluded and quiet. There were fresh flowers on the table!

Beautiful Home

The house set up was great. It is right by a walking trail which is wonderful and near the Fun Plex which was a great activity center for all ages! The handicap accessibility was the primary reason for this home choice and it is very easy for elderly individuals who need those features.

Great place in fabulous location.

We had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and very well kept up. LOVED the location! Back yard bordered on a park with pond and wonderful walking trails! Located on a quiet street but very close to restaurants and stores. I could have stayed forever.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a two car garage with a ramp entry into the home. Nice surprise. This home is clean, perfectly situated with a walking trail around Bittersweet Lake, and a porch with retractable shade that moves at the touch of a button. We could watch the sunrise from the living room. Suggested improvements: non-stick pans for cooking. A couple tongs for cooking and serving. Sofa in living room is not comfortable, but other chairs and dining chairs are. Porch was lovely. Downstairs sofa is comfortable. Built-in desk is nice for doing homework or solitary projects.

Quiet, comfortable, and spacious

We were so pleased we found this wonderful home with amazing mattresses, plush carpet, and multiple bedrooms (great for 5 different mother daughter pairs)! The home was spotless and stocked with helpful items like laundry detergent and soap. The hosts made communications a breeze and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Greeley!
