Magnifiquement décorée villa de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan située dans le bâtiment 1 au cinquième étage à la SeaCrest Resort. La cuisine s'ouvre sur le salon et la salle à manger où vous pourrez regarder la grande télévision ou profiter du magnifique lagon offrant une vue sur l'océan. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et 2 tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine. Les améliorations comprennent un plancher de bois franc, un mobilier mis à jour et un dosseret en mosaïque. La chambre principale a son propre balcon privé avec une vue magnifique.

Le SeaCrest Resort est situé dans le quartier de Coligny Beach, à Hilton Head Island. Vous trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques et des lieux de divertissement à quelques minutes de marche. Great place!

Loved the condo and the location. It was close to the beach and the pool was really nice. Also nice to get to walk over to Coligny easily. The mattresses are a touch uncomfortable, and the grout in the showers needs some deeper cleaning. Otherwise the place was great!

Love the Sea Crest, 3 rd time staying. Beautiful weather, loved our Villa. We had an issue that was corrected which was the dryer not drying the clothes.

Very nice and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. There was an elevator out which made checking in a little longer. It had been out over a month.

Front door bottom stripping was damage leaving a gap under door. Blinds need replaced. No hot water in kitchen sink. Had to wait 24 hours for ice maker to make ice. Had to wait 10 minutes to get shower water hot. Only 2 washcloths were given for a 4 night stay. Once in the parking lot, no directions on how to get to our condo.

This unit is decorated gorgeously. So many Adorable details to feel at home on the beach/ ocean. This is a place I would love to own exactly as is Kitchen has everything you need and way more. Beds very comfortable. Views of ocean are awesome. Property great with 2 pools, pool bar and beautifully landscaped with fountain pools with turtles and fish. Across the street from Piggly Wiggly and many restaurants and stores. Unit super quiet A great place to stay for everyone’s vacation

Everything and More

This property was everything we were hoping it would be by looking at the description and viewing the pictures. The view of the gardens, pool, beach and ocean from the 5th floor is breathtaking. There was plenty of space for four of us including 2 large bathrooms and walk-in closets! The property was very secure with codes for the garage, elevator and pool area, plus a walkway directly to the beach. Also, you are basically in the heart of Coligny Plaza where there are many shops and restaurants to enjoy...yet when we were inside the unit it was quiet and peaceful. This villa was very clean...not a grain of sand to be found inside and the grounds and pool area are beautifully maintained. We were very pleased with our choice and definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting HHI.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

My family and I loved staying at Seacrest and being near the action of Coligny Beach and Plaza. This particular unit was beautifully decorated, large bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of storage and closet space. Very clean and I was appreciative of the wifi availability. The ocean view was beautiful and we enjoyed looking down at the ponds and pools, we could even see the turtles and fish in the ponds from above! I do have a couple of recommendations to make this condo even better. The oven should be replaced as the stovetop burners are bent, additional towel racks especially hand towel rings are definitely needed in both bathrooms, and since the mattresses are old with lack of support I would either replace or add memory foam toppers. I mention these recommendations as I know you are competing for rentals with many other units in Seacrest. My family and I had a great time at Seacrest and we will return!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! I cannot emphasize this enough - STAY AWAY FROM RENTING WITH THE VACATION COMPANY IN HILTON HEAD! The washer and dryer did not work all week. The screen door was broken. We have 3 kids under the age of 7, and the check out individual decided to take the opportunity to tell us how to raise our children. She called our family slobs. My 2 youngest daughters (2 and 4) left our family vacation crying. Additionally, the check out individual decided to remind us of all the extra charges she was going to dock us as we were leaving. STAY AWAY. They will charge you for every crumb left in the floor as you walk out the door. It was a horrible family vacation because of this rental company. This was our 5th year staying in Hilton Head and the ONLY time we've had an issue with the rental company. Every other rental company was far superior.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, especially as your family has enjoyed past visits to Hilton Head. We feel it’s important to address and clarify several key issues. Our property manager visited the property the day before your departure to service the washer and dryer. At that time, we found the villa in extremely poor condition (well beyond reasonable use) with food, trash, and stains throughout, including on brand-new furniture and bedding. We respectfully reminded you that per the rental agreement, the property must be left in a reasonably clean state. On the day of departure, checkout time is clearly stated as 10:00 a.m. However, your party remained in the property past 11:20 a.m. while our housekeeping and inspection teams waited to begin cleaning. When access was finally allowed, our staff discovered significant damage, including a broken dryer knob due to misuse and a torn patio screen door that now requires replacement. At no point did our property manager make personal comments about your parenting. We did, professionally and calmly walk through the unit with you to document the condition of the villa and explain that additional cleaning and repair charges that you would be billed for and outlined in your signed guest license agreement. Our property managers have a responsibility to uphold property standards and protect the homes entrusted to us by owner's. The Vacation Company

Disappointing

This was my second stay at SeaCrest and this was quite disappointing. The living room couch was broken down, like sitting on the floor, one bathroom sink had a broken lifter for the plug, Second bedroom was small, AC was not adequate for cooling that room, There was no room thermostat and it became stuffy and too warm at night. The dryer was making a loud noise as the drum turned and it took 2 cycles to dry a small load. The decorating was disappointing when compared with the other condo we rented at SeaCrest 2 years ago. I already knew we were at the beach and did not need every wall and surface covered with “beach themed” objects. It was leaning toward tacky. Just my opinion, but for $$$$ for a week I expected more and will probably choose another condo complex the next time. On the plus side, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc and it was very organized.

We urge all of our guests to contact us with any issues during their stay so we can make an effort to improve your experience. We have 24/7 staff available and minor maintenance issues such as the sink plug or providing additional fans for circulation can be corrected immediately. We have not had any other guests mention an issue with the sofa or dryer and will investigate further to ensure both are in proper condition.

Perfect Location of a Perfect Condo!

This unit is GREAT and close to many shops and restaurants. The seller has thought of everything and was not cheap in setting up this unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, even if cooking large/extravagant meals or baking. The seller left some dish soap and dishwasher tablets so unless you washed dishes a lot, it is plenty for a stay (ours was 6 days). The fridge worked great and ice was already made. The two balconies both had great views and chairs/table so you could relax outside. The lagoon pools in the community are still not repaired and that was disappointing as others had complained for months. However, this is not the seller's fault. The beds were super comfy and bedding/linens were higher end. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The two bathrooms are both large with double sinks and plenty of counter space. AND, the seller left sample toiletries in both (shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap/cleaning soap) and a hairdryer in each. This was great for me and my husband so we were not cramped taking showers and getting ready, and would make a huge difference with larger groups/families staying there. Also, there were plenty of extra towels and several beach towels. The washer and dryer worked great and we used them daily. The HVAC unit worked well and quickly cooled/warmed inside so we were always comfortable. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated with a modern, beachy vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful View

1504 Seacrest Resort has a beautiful view of the pool, beach and ocean, as promised. The unit contained everything mentioned in the listing. The king sized bed in the primary room was very comfortable (we did not use the second bedroom) however the bottom sheet was really rough (my husband said it felt like laying on sandpaper). The unit was updated but could have been a little cleaner than it was (lots of hair on the floor and in the bathrooms) and the living room couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, but the view and location made up for that. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t working the first few days. We called to let Vacation Company know on Monday, and someone came out to check it the same day; however they did not fix the issue. We called back on Tuesday to report it again and then we ended up fixing it ourselves when we looked under the sink and noticed the water to the dishwasher had been shut off. the follow up / response from Vacation Company could have been a little better on this issue. All things considered, I would definitely recommend.

Nice condo, very centrally located. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the directions on how to get to the parking upon arrival were very confusing. It took us 30 minutes to figure it out; even the security people couldn’t help us figure out where we were to go. After we figured that out, our stay was wonderful.

Great condo on the beach

This is a splendid place, close to everything, easy beach access, and beautiful grounds. The condo is tastefully decorated and has everything you could need and is even roomier than we expected. My only complaint is that we were locked out when we went on a walk the day we were checking out. It was more than an hour before the required check out time. If we hadn't left our teenage kids behind, it would have been really frustrating trying to get access again. Please make sure the code remains active until the renters have actually checked out.

Nice condo & perfect for our stay

Condo was decorated as you’d hope for a beach condo and we had everything we need to enjoy our time. Despite Covid we really enjoyed. Amenities are perfect for families.
