Welcome to the Phoenix Desert Oasis! Your mid century modern 'home away from home' awaits your arrival! Enjoy your time relaxing poolside, honing your putting skills, or a friendly game of shuffleboard with the whole group in this spacious single-story home, just a short drive north of downtown Phoenix. Easy access to the highway so it's a quick jaunt to Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Tempe & just a mile from Paradise Valley! Hosted by a local that knows the area & property. Hospitality & cleanliness are top priorities for our guests!

This home was created for vacationers in mind; so many great spaces for the whole group to gather together for fun, food and memories that last a lifetime! Multiple living rooms with cozy spaces and all the right touches create the setting for our guests to feel welcome, relaxed and right at home. Head right out to the backyard oasis for a refreshing dip in the pool (with both heating AND cooling features!), cocktails at twilight, grill your favorite foods to share, challenge your kiddos’ putting skills, and watch a spectacular Arizona sunset over the mountain. Plenty of pool towels provided, as well as a variety of pool floats for your enjoyment. Lots of sun loungers and shade umbrellas too so you can indulge yourself in the desert oasis!

Make yourself right at home in the fully equipped, fully renovated kitchen. You’ll have all the cooking gadgets, cookware, baking pans, utensils, etc that you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. Dine inside or outside, or simply pull up a stool to the kitchen island. Our guests are also provided with a coffee / tea bar. Drip coffee maker & French Press, along with premium coffee grounds and some mix-ins are provided.

Care for a cocktail? Head over to the bar with a wine fridge and cocktail set and become your group’s mixologist for the evening! Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, pull out a board game, or chill for the evening with a favorite show on any of the Smart TV’s around the house.

Each of the four bedrooms is set up with premium linens, comfy beds and charging ports by each bedside. The Primary Suite has its own private en suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower, double vanity, and all the amenities you’ll need to make your stay oh-so-easy. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, fluffy towels, cotton balls, QTips, cleaning supplies, quality TP, and more. All the same amenities are provided in the secondary bathroom which has a soaking tub as well as a shower.

Full laundry room available for guests; laundry tabs & dryer sheets provided.

Guest Handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area. Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner.

The Fine Print:

* Pool can be heated for an extra charge of $75 per day, with a 3-day minimum. This fee just covers the cost of the utilities needed to heat the large body of water. When heated, we aim for 88°. Disclaimer: The pool heater is an electric heater. When temps go below 50° at night, the heater will have a hard time keeping up with the demand. (This is mainly in January, and some of February.) If you have paid for pool heat, and the water does not reach at least 82° for any given day, then your pool heat fee will be refunded for that day.

Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.

There is 1 video surveillance devise on the property at the front door, which is in a public place. The video surveillance is in no way meant to diminish the privacy of our guests, but rather provide an extra level of security against theft and break ins, both of which are very rare in this area.
