It was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. The bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms were immaculate. The entire property was well taken care of. The entire resort was kept clean and was beautifully landscaped.

The listing matched our experience. The beach was extremely close. There was enough to do on our property for our kids like the pools, corn hole, tennis courts, basketball courts, and pickle ball courts. I definitely would consider booking here again.

This unit was in a great location for the beach, the pool and the fitness room. It could use some attention from the owners in regards to upkeep with bath towels, wallpaper, the state of the furniture, coffee machine working etc. We were missing some basic items when we checked in and the management company took care of it within 24 hours. Nice response time.

We had a great 4 days - the unit is dated yet the unit is clean and the location; especially for a family; is ideal. The beach, playground and pool is within feet of each building.

It was a beautiful property. We could see both the ocean and the playground from our balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and we enjoyed the area immensely. Hopefully, we will be back soon.

We had a great stay. Only problem was the mosquito door to balcony. It was broken and stuck. James came to put a new part on but it still stuck. Very hard to open. It’s ready for replacement. Also the check out time on the website says 11. The contract we signed said 10 so that was a bit of a surprise

Great place!

This was a wonderful vacation property! The location was great: 8 minutes from the airport, a 5 minute walk to the beach and pool, and 10 steps from an elevator. This is a second floor property that gets the morning sun and afternoon shade with a nice ocean view. The home is also very well equipped: lots of dishes, silverware, appliances, and amenities. Even loved the thoughtfulness of a magnified mirror on the vanity. Will definitely return!

Beautifully decorated villa.

Nice villa. Very clean, beautifully decorated. I rated it a 4 rather than a 5 due to construction in villa next door which was quite noisy. Also, the ceiling fan in one bedroom was noisy and vibrated as if it were off balance. Suggestion: A full-length mirror would be a nice addition as well as an ice maker.

Visit Summary

Great condo, clean and tidy. Wish they had two beach chairs in the closet for guests to use. Nice to have a Keurig vs. a drip coffee maker. Televisions were hard to figure out how to use, each seemed different and spare bedroom didn’t work at all. Great time, would consider another stay at the Island Club!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4203 condo at Island Club was a delightful condo to stay in. The only thing that could make it 100% perfect, was dark out curtains or blinds to reflect heat and sunshine in the master bedroom. We noted the icemaker in the refrigerator did not work, not certain if it was hooked up to the waterline, or broke. Ice cube trays were made available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view from the balcony. The unit was very clean and had a good supply of starter kitchen and bath products. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. It had a beach buggy, three beach chairs and beach towels, and also a drying rack. Kitchen appliances were outdated but functioned just fine. Only complaint we had was the lack of decent frying pans and a can opener. There was one medium sized non-stick pan, and another metal fry pan that had dirt stuck on it from previous guests that I was not able to get clean. Also no pot big enough to make a family sized box of pasta. I would definitely return but bring a few kitchen pots and pans with me. We loved the complex landscaping. The pool had lots of shady and sunny spots to relax. Great vacation!
