New 43cm flat screen TV, DVD and TV in each bedroom all with cable channels & washing machine. Also home computer and free wifi is provided at apartment and throughout the resort. There is also a fully stocked clubhouse and bar for those refreshing drinks and snacks that may entice you in the tropical climate. The beach has it's own life saving guards for swimmers and a natural reef to form a beautiful lagoon in which snorkeling is also popular.

SURFING: Again just a short stroll from the resort and you will find the famous 'Nusa Dua reef break' which can be accessed either by a paddle out from a 10 minute walk from the beachclub or alternately take a put-put boat ride our with other surfers for a drop-off behind the Nusa Dua reef and pick-up after an allocated time which the boatman will happily provide for about U$5.

Other famous surfing can be had 15 minutes walk from the resort at the 'Sri-Lankas' break

This is a wonderful apartment and it has everything you need. The host, Dean, is very helpful and the communication is prompt and very good. The resort itself is family friendly and perhaps not suitable for those looking for peace and quiet as the pool is busy with children and families.

This is a very roomy two-bedroom, two bath apartment in an excellent location! Has two balconies on the 5th floor overlooking "the square", the main gathering area/ eating location in the complex. Could not have picked a better place to stay for our time in Bali!

We stayed 6 nights at the Nusa dua Novotel. The photos don’t do the property and penthouse justice. The hotel is beautiful and handy to the beach. The pools are amazing and lots of loungers to relax in. The penthouse is well equipped and perfect for a family stay. Dean was exceptionally helpful and gave us some great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dean's apartment. It was so comfortable and we had everything we could have needed - filtered water, washing machine, large fridge. balcony was amazing! Beds were comfortable and it was great to have room serviced every couple of days. The resort was amazing! We really enjoyed Happy Hour every day and having all the benefits of the entire resort. Dean was exceptional in being easy to contact and even arranged complimentary airport pickup for us. Highly recommended

Great place to stay

Good location, apartment was as advertised and met all our requirements. Ten minute walk to the beach and also to Bali Collection. Dean was very attentive checking in to see if we had any issues and if we had they were dealt with very promptly. Dean also recommended a driver which worked out very well. If we are ever in Bali again, we would happily return .

Heaven in Nusa Dua!

Dean gave excellent communication and allowed us to check in a little early. The apartment is magnificent in this Novetel resort. Excellent dining options and pool. A van running every hour to a shopping center and every 15 min for the very short ride to the private beach. This an amazing property that could easily sleep 5-6, although we were only 2.

This is a very spacious 2-brm condo with two marvelous balconies overlooking the beautiful grounds. The resort is in a perfect location, inside the private community in Nusa Dua where there are other high-end resorts, a shopping mall, and security is very high. The beach is a short ride away, and magnificent. The Pause Cafe, has world-class pastries and coffee. The spa is very good. From this location we accessed the rest of Bali in no time, major sites are within 1.5 hours away, including temples, waterfalls, jungles, beach clubs. World class restaurants are 15 minutes away in the other resorts. The complex/resort is very family friendly, with a kids club, kids activities, and pool. Also, Dean, the manager, was very responsive via WhatsApp and resolved small issues. We had a great time.

Outstanding Penthouse and Property!

Our stay in Bali was stellar! The penthouse is spacious, well appointed and so comfortable. The grounds and staff are beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more. The restaurant serves a variety of local dishes with both eastern and western choices at a very reasonable price. The shuttle to the beach and shopping was great and the property arranged transfers to and from the airport. The absolute best part of our booking was the communications we had with the owner of the penthouse! Dean answered our numerous questions immediately and offered such great advice. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bali, just book this property now and rest assured that you are going to experience a wonderful experience! Thank you for everything, Dean!

SUMMER HOLIDAYS

This was our first time in Bali as a family and we had the most amazing time. The complex has every facility you desire. The spa gym and kids club were definitely a real treat. The apartment is amazing spacious and very well equip. Location was fantastic and very safe - short walk to shops and eateries. The host was kind helpful and very generous. A few minor issues arose which were quickly addressed. Very accessible and clear fast communication. Was always happy to answer even silly questions. he even helped with transport and arranging tours which was priceless. Balcony is huge and has the most spectacular view. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend especially for families.

Fantastic Apartment within an Amazing Resort

Very spacious apartment with comfortable KS beds in both bedrooms,; 3 separate aircons in each section of the penthouse; filtered water machine; the shower in the main bedroom can accommodate 6 people & apartment is serviced 3 times per week. I highly recommend this apartment, the Novotel resort & the location. Very peaceful & relaxing, which is appreciated when you return from tours in Bali. All the staff were lovely. We swam every day in the spacious pool & ate breakfast & dinner at the on-site restaurant & Cafe. We walked to the nearby beach (about 900m) & swam & this beach was cleaner & better than Kuta & Seminak. We walked to the nearby Bali Collection, where we shopped, had our hair braided & 30 min foot massage for $15AUD. We also walked to the Nusa Dua Waterblow, which I recommend seeing. Host Dean has been accommodating & communicative & we have already recommended your accommodation to friends who are visiting Bali soon.

Dean was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.

We had an amazing family holiday with a multi generation visitors the appartment is spacious and accommodating. The hotel services excellent. Only down side for us the bars on veranda were slightly too large fir our one year only grand child. Easily overcome by licking balcony doors . Thankyou Dean fir a lovely holiday

Nusa dua escape

Had a great time. Pool area was lovely & quick shuttle ride to beautiful beach. Checked out local area- massage & shopping close by. Food at restaurant wasn’t great, so we ate outside the hotel. Did snorkeling tour, but was 1 1/2 hours away. Stopped at Samir beach on way back- great spot! Very enjoyable trip!

35 Days in Paradise

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our 35 day trip to Bali... what a find! First, Dean the owner was amazing to deal with from pre booking conversations to checking on us to see that we got back home to Canada ok and everything in between. Thank you again Dean! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and is perfect for one couple, two couples sharing or a family. Having access to the full resort amenities was a huge bonus that we had not initially thought we would use. As it turned out, we had a number of days where laying beside the pool and ordering from the pool side bar and restaurant was all we wanted to do. I must note here that the vacation would have been very different without starting our days at the resorts Pause Cafe... best coffee and fresh pastries....omg! The twice weekly room cleaning services is a huge bonus... clean towels and fresh bed linens makes a big difference. Given the length of our stay, having a washing machine in the unit was also a major plus. We did have an issue with the units air conditioner during our stay but Dean was on it right away and the resort staff were there to repair/ replace. Thanks again Dean for everything... we will be back, Dan & Shelley H

Clean, modern, great beds and sofas and amenities.

We stayed at this Unit for ten days and then decided to stay for our entire trip to Bali. Dean was the greatest host and responded promptly to all questions. The property was constantly being cleaned and the pool was kept in perfect condition. All the staff was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. They helped book trips to see the temples, zoo, monkeys and everything else you could want to do. The beach is perfect and has surf breaks for al levels. There is all types of water sports that you could want. Anyone planning to go to Bali, Indonesia should stay at this property. It has plenty of room for a family of 5 and is perfect for kids. We loved our vacation and it was even better because of Dean and his property.
