Le château de sable d'Oxford ... Bienvenue au paradis! Une maison de vacances vraiment grandiose! Passez des vacances en famille dans le confort et l'élégance dans cette maison bien aménagée, 5 chambres, 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains, située en bord de mer près du centre de Wrightsville Beach et à quelques rues de la jetée de Johnnie Mercer. Une des rares maisons avec son propre chemin privé menant à la plage.

Le niveau principal comprend un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec un salon-salle à manger et une cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, parfaitement conçus pour les réunions de famille. Juste �� côté de la cuisine, vous trouverez un petit coin bureau avec un ordinateur Apple, un grand garde-manger et une buanderie. Le salon et la salle à manger en front de mer donnent sur un porche couvert avec des sièges confortables et une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique. À ce niveau, il y a 2 chambres avec salle de bain privée et une ½ salle de bain dans le couloir.

Le niveau supérieur comprend la chambre principale en bord de mer qui s'ouvre sur une terrasse couverte offrant une vue d'un bout à l'autre de la plage. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche séparée et d'un bain à remous. Il y a 2 chambres supplémentaires à cet étage, une en bord de mer et une autre. Chacune de ces chambres a sa propre salle de bain privée. Vous trouverez un 2e coin salon à ce niveau pour vous évader, regarder la télévision ou lire un livre.

En sortant de la plage, vous trouverez une douche extérieure fermée au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a un ascenseur à tous les étages pour votre commodité et un garage double.

Beautiful beach house

The house is clean, beautiful, has great views. Lots of nice spaces for people to gather. Very nicely decorated and has a lot of amenities.

Sister's 50th Birthday

We stayed there in September to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. The home location could not be beat, right on the ocean as the pictures showed. We went out to teh beach several times. The home was very clean, wi-fi worked as it should, the kitchen was a great place to gather as we prepared meals and chatted about old times. We would be happy to reserve here again.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time three things came to my attention. The WiFi is not strong enough for everyone to use. It definitely needs a booster or possibly a new router. The board walk to the beach needs some attention this is a safety hazard. Loose boards and raised nails. Also when we arrived the cleaning crew was still there and it was after four. They were not in any hurry to leave. I don’t mind the later entry but we need to be informed because of the congestion on Saturdays. There is no where to park and I don’t want to offend the neighbors on the street.

Great location and house as the best ocean view!

Again the house location and view is amazing. However the cleanliness of house was ok. Lots of crumbs and dust on furniture and around perimeter of throw rugs. Found soiled underwear in master bedroom when making the bed. Lastly, most of the remotes needed batteries and TV's are very, old. Missing basic items in kitchen: Broom, kitchen towels and sponge. (Broom was brought to us). For size of the house the kitchen garage is way to small.

Amazing house for the family vaca!

The amenities in this house are the best and one of the best features is each of the 5 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The private boardwalk to the beach is so convenient. Bryant does a great job keeping us informed of everything we need to know to check in and out and everything in between. Besides just relaxing, highlights during our stay are the farmer's market every Monday, dining at Oceanic,and hitting Jimmy's for a beverage and to see what dogs are visiting on that particular day! This is a vacation we look forward to every year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year renting this house and I have also booked it for next year. We had a great time it is a wonderful place to stay. There were a few issues the central vacuum system would not work and there was no broom. The dryer worked but it took several cycles to dry clothes. The cooktop didn’t seem to be working took forever to get hot.

Jessica, thank you very much for your feedback and report of those issues. I have sent them over to our maintenance team to look into on the next turn day and they will correct any issues found. The central vaccuum container may need to be emptied if it wasn't working; we will investigate! There are two brooms in the house in the hall closet on the first floor - however I wouldn't doubt if they walked off between renters or are somewhere else in the house. You won't believe how many brooms go missing week to week! I will make note to double check if there is a broom otherwise, next time let us know ASAP and we can deliver you one to use during your stay. We are so thankful for your continued loyalty with our company and Oxford's Sandcastle! There is so much to love about the unit - it's oceanfront views right by the pier, the large decks with comfy furniture, the cozy large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms in each, and the overall spaciousness of the home. We are looking forward to your return next year!

A stay with limited parking

Parking mafia issued 2 tickets when we were unloading my handicapped brother. $200 in fines and they want their money now. Not the fault of the property owners. Wrightsville beach parking mafia truly show you that you are not welcome there.

They closely monitor parking so always be sure to park at the unit, or in the large garage at the property and not in the street without a pass. Totally worth it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very shocked at the price and availability of this house for this passed Labor Day weekend. I was also very weary hence not having many reviews but I went with my gut and it completely paid off. This house is truly amazing in terms of location and privacy. The interior of the house was immaculate and everything written in the description matched perfectly. There were plenty of beach essentials such as chairs and umbrellas, grill was clutch, patios and furniture was great, truly near to a perfect trip. The biggest issues during our stay was very minor; close to empty propane tank, and not accommodating early check-in but I know that can be difficult sometimes, that’s all!

Amenities were upgraded this year such as a newer coffee pot and espresso machine. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which we love. This house is beautiful and first class all the way!

Almost perfect but required more for 13 grand

Great house. We loved the open concept and private bath for each bedroom. Kitchen was lacking. Had to take turns having coffee as there were not enough mugs. Cook ware in horrible shape. Worried about eating flaking tephlon. Limited cooking breakfast untensils are the culprit. Great amount of beach chairs and umbrellas. Cork screw and can openerdid not work, had To go buy. There was no gas in grill for our Fourth of July cook out , I had specifically asked about that. One master sink was clogged and had to buy draino, there were multiple nails sticking up on boardwalk to the beach. Found a hammer to nail them in after a ripped toe. No hand rails on walkway steps also very hazardous. Rediculous tha linen service supplied one toweL per person. Had to do laundry every day, I called to report all of this and got an I’m sorry. There should be a partial refund

Thank you so much for the review. I am so sorry you felt that the kitchen supplies were limited. I will send housekeeping to the unit to make sure everything is stocked appropriately. This home does have a grill under the house - not sure if you couldn't find it or what the concern was. We also have extra linens available should you need them. I do wish you had given us a call when these items first occurred rather than at the end of the stay. We would have gladly fixed them for you. We do not offer refunds for things that are easily resolved but unreported. We hope you still enjoyed your summer vacation though!

Luxurious home in Wrightsville Beach

Reviewer Comments: This was one our favorite homes to rent in Wrightsville Beach and we have been vacationing here for almost 15 years!It was very spacious and luxurious. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The ocean view is amazing. The only slight negative is, this area of the beach gets a little crowded but it's great to be able to walk to the downtown area for the restaurants and shops.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I traveled from Indiana to enjoy a family week... and that we did! The walk onto the beach was easy and convenient. The house was nice. Was it clean NO. There were several notes posted of things broken to alert us not to use them... for example the master bedroom blind. Dirty Dirty... we put the kids in the master tub for a fun bath, turned the jets on and black gunk saturated the water, obviously never cleaned. We used beach towels on the sofa becase it had a dirty odor. I did call the agency requesting a mop and a broom on Mon morning and got one on Thurs., long story. Renting a house at that $ rate you would think the towels would be a little better, NOT. One bed wasn't made. I rent a house annually but would NOT use Bryant again or rent Oxford Sand Castle.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We would like to reiterate that we clean and inspect every home before a guest arrives, however, we ask all guest that arrive if they find the home does not meet their satisfaction of cleanliness to contact us after check in and we will have a cleaner come to the home and address all of your concerns. We show no record of you calling in regarding the cleanliness. Additionally at check in we did make note of one maintenance item that was ongoing at the home, this was fixed during your stay - we prefer to be upfront about the unavoidable issues rather than waiting for our guest to rediscover a known issue. We were sorry that the maintenance item had to be addressed while you were on vacation though. We also want to apologize regarding the mop and broom. We did not show a record of you calling in on Monday. But we do have an email requesting this that you sent at 7:19 am Thursday morning. We had both items delivered within an hour of our office opening up for the day. The only other request we show was that you called in stating the TV's were not working. We show our technician went to the home and discovered the TV's were on the wrong input - they adjusted and left the TV's on for you. Again - we apologize you had such a difficult stay, most of our guest absolutely adore this property!! If you do choose to stay with us again, we recommend contacting us immediately if anything does not meet your expectations.
