On arrival, you won't be able to miss the many porches this cabin has to offer. Ample amount of seating for the whole crew to enjoy, and take in the view and the essence of nature. Whip up your BBQ favorite on the charcoal grill.

Inside, you'll enjoy the classic log cabin aesthetic with entirely updated furnishings and high-end finishes. Starting at the main level, guests will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room with two couches, gas log fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. There's also free Wi-Fi to stay connected throughout your stay.

The kitchen is connected to the living room. The dining table seats up to 8 with additional seating at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is perfect to cook and prepare meals for the whole family - with stylish tiled countertops (tons of counter space!), all stainless steel appliances, and stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans.

The master bedroom is also located on the main level which includes a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, an incredible en suite bathroom with his and her sinks, and a private jetted bathtub to soak or relax in.

The other two bedrooms can be found upstairs and downstairs. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. There's also a sleeper sofa in the vacation home.

On the bottom floor, there's a great room with a couch and a 65-inch TV in the Theater room to watch your favorite movies on. The board games and table games are perfect for some friend & family bonding time. Whether it's a game of pool, playing cards/board games, or doubles on the arcade system.

We always come for a weekend getaway and this was amazing amazing trip! Only thing I can complain about was the bed but otherwise everything was above expectations!!!

Great getaway home

We had a wonderful time and will be renting again we even got to see a bear he hung out On the deck two days The only issue is the beds are uncomfortable but other than that great cabin

Quiet and enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our visit! Kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade game, as well as the hot tub. The cabin was spacious for our party (4 adults, 4 kids and 1 infant) and we enjoyed the outside seating. Mattress in the upper room wasn’t the best and the postings everywhere were a little over the top, in my opinion. Master toilet didn’t flush correctly. But overall we had a great time and the checkout procedures were easy and minimal.

Weekend stay

Cabin was excellent. Plenty of room with added touches. Didn't like location would of liked to be farther into the mountains. On outside decks heard a lot of road noise. No wifi. Overall though a nice cabin.

This cabin is already way up at the top of the mountain which also explains why there is no Wi-Fi which is clearly stated on the listing as it is not only a challenge to have Wi-Fi here but it is totally non-serviceable due to its location. I'm not sure about the road noise, maybe it's just other people going up the mountain also for their vacay. Hope you still had a great time! We'll be glad to have you back anytime! Best, Nori

It was good, could’ve been better!

Me and my friends family stayed at this place for 2 days. Overall the experience was good - private,secluded, green n easily accessible from pigeon forge! Rooms were spacious and all rooms were with king bed with sheets/pillows for all guests The cabin is not on top of the mountains and it’s close to roads. Couple of things were not great - 1. Gas grill was not properly maintained and it caught fire over complete grill. We had to stop using it 2. 2nd floor bathroom had no proper water flow. Shower is broken n no hot water. No WiFi/mobile signal. Townsend town s more remote and had struggle finding dinner options. It’s better to get things from pigeon forge.

Awesome view of the mountains!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. Pros: Great location, convenient to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Great view of the mountains, pictures are accurate representation. Cabin was very clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Management was very responsive when we had an issue, i.e., coffeepot didn't work, had trouble getting tv to work. No wifi and our cell phones didnt get much service, could be considered good or bad? :) Grandson loved playing the arcade game. Kitchen appliances were awesome. Bathrooms were spacious and huge jacuzzi tubs. Cons: Very little cookware, only had 3 small saucepans to use. Had to run out and buy a larger pot and cookie sheet. If you like to cook in like we do, bring pots and pans and bowls. Sleeps 12 but has 8 forks! ;) Landscaping needs to be cleaned up. Window needs to be cleaned, lots of webs and broken screens. Deck could use a good cleaning. Overall: Loved our stay despite the cons, just were things that would make it even better. Loved sitting on the deck and using the charcoal grill (not gas as listed). Had a great view of the mountains, had a momma bear and cub living right below the cabin. Got to watch the cub climb trees! Momma and cub came right up on the deck one morning. Be sure to stow your trash properly!

The view is beautiful

Beautiful view as shown, including seeing bears daily! Overall, we were very pleased. The entertainment area did not have seating for the game table (two stools missing of four and one was not stable enough to sit on). The dvd player did not work nor the satellite when we arrived, but that was resolved after contacting them. We also found no board games as originally listed, which would have possibly helped fill the void of no pool table. We were notified that the pool table had been damaged prior to our visit and had been removed and they were unable to replace before we came, so the only thing to play was the arcade game. With six kids, that was challenging at times. Hopefully that will be resolved soon for future families. They were generous with towels for our group. One suggestion would be to add some hooks or pegs for the extras in the baths so there is a place to hang them after use. We had to bring sleeping bags for several, as the pull out did include bedding (no pillows), but no extra bedding or pillows to truly sleep twelve. It might be a good idea to explain three beds and one pull out sofa so that everyone understands the exact sleeping situation. I called and asked ahead so we knew to bring something for the them to sleep on and pillows. A large pot of some sort would also be nice. There were only some very small ones and trying to make mac and cheese or anything for a family was a challenge. A few inexpensive bowls would also help for basic meals to prepare and serve if possible. There are also not really enough glasses and silverware for twelve, we ended up buying plastic to fill in the void. Just some simple fixes to pretty much make it a five star.

Nice property, needed just a little tlc.

To start off with, for those not familiar with the area, I would really suggest arriving in the daylight, as the house number was not very visible from the road, and the hill you have to climb to get there had us more than a little ruffled when we arrived in the dark. To get there the incline is the steepest I have ever driven. Once we got used to it, and arrived in daylight hours, we did just fine. Once arriving I found a dead cockroach on the floor and my daughter found one more during our 3 day stay. The house overall was fairly clean, but the pool table top was just gross and it looked like someone threw up on it tbh. What we did love was the views, and the house decor and layout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, playing games, pool and used the arcade. We really loved the house, and could totally imagine ourselves living in it. As others reviews have mentioned, there is no cell service, or WiFi, which we did not mind all that much.

Nice cabin with a few flaws.

The cabin itself was nice. My main complaints...lady bugs everywhere! Waking up because you feel something crawling on you in the middle of the night was no fun. The cell phone service at the cabin was terrible. Barely enough reception to make a call and had to go outside to make a call. Not enough cell service for anything else. Absolutely NO wifi. And for some reason there was no ESPN on the tv and this we were unable to watch the Georgia game. The cabin itself was huge and had plenty of room for the nine of us (6 adults and 3 kids).

Needs pest control and maintenance. Nice view and location. Ample room for multi family

Needs a lot of maintenance and sanitation. Be prepared for HUNDREDS of Asian lady beetles, stink bugs, and LIVE German ROACHES in kitchen. We found three within just a few moments one late night. Reported to manager with photos who knew about bugs and concealed/failed to warn guests in advance. We booked in February 2021 with plenty advance notice of a 10 Day Christmas holiday stay Kitchen had enough plates and utensils for 9, but not equipped to cook a large meal (as previous reviews mentioned). Definitely bring a large pot, mixing bowl, and cutting board. Hot tub worked perfectly, but leaked, and had a nice morning view. Spa tubs worked but the basement one had lots of black mildew on jets. The game room has nice new flooring, but all the transition pieces were loose and hazardous to the 5 kids traveling with us. There was a puzzle which had molded and mildewed and was immediately thrown away. Luckily, the Pool table had all balls and plenty of sticks for multiple players. Located in the game room closet and laundry area were numerous Christmas decorations, but not a one on display for guests. Definitely missed the mark for welcoming holiday guests. We found the pull outs near the fireplace, but no pillows (as previous reviews mentioned). Suggest arriving during daylight as the driveway is on a STEEP incline with a staircase and NOT a single landscape light works. (They’re all visibly busted up along the driveway.) Many concerns were addressed with management. The roaches were left in a bag for their “pest control” team as we declined to have the place treated during our stay. With extensive cleaning and maintenance, this could be an even nicer place. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location and suggest future guests request confirmation of the abatement of the roaches as we are genuinely fearful they are in our luggage.

Bad experience

We had a bad experience.. property manager confirmed confirmed they had a gas grill prior to our check in, but there was none. We ended up buying one ourselves.We couldn’t use the hot tub as it had a dead lizard in it.

Loved the property

We are a family that enjoys traveling and are easy to please. Yes the short drive up to the cabin is steep but you’re in the mountains! It’s a beautiful place and the view is awesome.

Not the cabin for you!

We arrived to the property to find the previous renters leftovers all over the ground outside. Upon entering half eaten pieces of chocolate and dog bones were found in the floor. My daughter took her shoes and socks off and within minutes her feet were black from dirt on the floors. The first night we were there we discovered the bathtub on the main floor leaked heavily into the movie room below. After a call for repairs this was fixed the next day. We would also discover that the heater for the hot tub did not work. I had noticed a review left months earlier stating the same problem but no mention of this was in the listing. Our final night we returned to the cabin from dinner to discover the battery for the code box to open the door was dead. Upon calling the managers office we were informed we would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for assistance. After calling to file the complaint I was told I would receive a call from management to further discuss our issues with the stay. This never happened!!! I urge you to find a different property and rental company for you stay. This was my worst renting experience ever and single handedly ruined our vacation.

It was very dirty

This was not the vacation stay we had hoped for, a few hours before our arrival we got a call that the second floor bathroom was leaking, it was too late for us to find another place. Overall, we found the whole place to be unclean and not as presented in pictures. The showers and toilets were not properly functional. The hot tub will not heat up past 70 degrees. There was no pool table. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay in for vacation.

Wedding weekend in the mountains

The property managers were easy to communicate with and responded very promptly when inquiring about the property before booking. They were very accommodating to my request. Upon arriving we were very pleased that the property was as beautiful inside and out and set-up as listed. The couch in the theater room did not pull-out into a sleeper, but we worked with that. We were surprised to find a hottub when we arrived (it was probably listed, but not a priority for me so I didn't pay attention), but it did not heat up past 79°. It was still ok, the kids found other things to do. The pool table and the arcade game were a HUGE hit. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes and glasses. The cookware was ok, but I wished I brought mine - for better cooking and variety of pans. I brought a bunch of Rubbermaid disposable plastic bowls and storage containers which helped tremendously. The kitchen did lack mixing/storage bowls/containers. But that isn't a complaint, just information for those looking to cook on their stay. Parking is tricky if you have multiple vehicles, as is mentioned in the listing, but there's definitely extra parking room at the bottom of the driveway. The views are truly amazing. There isn't one thing we didn't love about our stay. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to accommodate a large group, with amazing views inside and out, lots of space, and close to attractions, but out of the way and not on top of other cabins. This cabin provided the perfect weekend for our family 💗
