very nice unit

Very nice and quiet unit close to the action, only a few blocks from the club. Security was great very courtesy. I did have a few mishaps with the electricity. the water pressure was not as expected.You should bring your own towels. Overall it was a great deal

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Safe location and conveniently located in the middle of town

It was a very comfortable stay on such a short notice. With security at both entry ways I felt safe at all times . This location is no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants Sosua has to offer .

In the mix

Great stay! Location, location, location. Able to walk to all activities bars, beach and restaurants. Excellent wifi and the Security guards are a big plus. Condo as described and landscaping was beautiful. I will visit again soon

Would stay again!

My stay at this property was very very good. The owners replied back too my initial contact very promptly and made the whole transaction very pleasant and easy.....Enrico was very helpful when i arrive and provide answers too any questions i had. The entire experience was great. I would most definitely stay at this place again.

ACHTUNG IN DER ANLAGE WURDEN MIR 4300 EURO AUS DEM VERSCHLOSSENEN SAFE GESTOHLEN !!!

Es wurden mir aus dem verschlossenen Apartment NR 18 AUS dem verschlossenen Safe 3710 Euro und 30 000 Peso gestohlen also zusammen 4310 EURO. Es waren keine Beschädigungen am Safe und Tür komische Sache, 1 Tag nach dem Diebstahl entdeckte ich 2 Kleine Drähte die unter der Code Eingabe Tastatur die wenn man davor steht nicht sehen kann, auch die Video Überwachungskamera der Anlage war gerade zu diesen Zeitpunkt Defekt.GELD WEG KEIN ERSATZ KEINE VERSICHERUNG: Auch sehr komisch war das ich beim Einzug dieses Apartment bekam ( was ich nicht gebucht hatte ) mit der Begründung das gebuchte sei noch nicht gesäubert und dieses hätte ja auch 2 Badezimmer, was ich auch OK fand. 2 Tage später wurde mir von Herr Enrico Vale mitgeteilt das ich das Apartment in 7 Tage räumen müsste un in das von mir gebuchte umziehen muss weil diese zum 12 Mai 2017 von anderen gebucht sei ( warum wusste es man nicht vorher ?? ) Es zogen 2 Männer ein die nur 3 Tage blieben, es waren genug andere Apartments Frei ?? Die Anlage selber ist OK, sehr Sauber und Ruhig Gruss Helenex Meerkerk

Garden Condo #12

For the most part we enjoyed our stay at Garden Condo #12 for the month of February. The complex is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, "the strip", grocery stores and several wonderful beaches. The condo was quite spacious, however our wedge shaped balcony, barely large enough for two people was a bit of a disappointment. The bedrooms were adequately furnished, but the living room could have used another chair to go with the rather uncomfortable wicker sofa. The paint was peeling in several areas, and Fabio offered to have this painted, but we declined. There apparently is some type of leak from the outside, causing the paint to peel. The kitchen was adequate with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a full sized refrigerator and stove. The internet, although it was a cable/router installation, yielded only the equivalent speed of a dialup hookup. I asked twice if this could be improved, but there was no improvement for the length of our stay. We did have a bit of problem with the scheduling of our stay, which resulted in our having to spend the last day in a hotel room. With a little more attention to detail, this condo would be ideal.

Had a wonderful stay in Sosua and the Garden Condos

The condo was very comfortable with good facilities. Very close to the centre of the resort so convenient for everything, and yet peaceful. Fabio made evert effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable and Enrico very efficient on our arrival and departure, organising transport to and from the airport. There was plenty of hot water (not always the case in the Dominican) and a cleaner with fresh towels etc was readily available. Just message Enrico and he organises everything. Overall an excellent stay, condo was very good and also the other people staying at the complex were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful complex walking distance to everything Sosua!!

The Garden Condo is a very well kept complex and probably one of the quietest in town, (other that that one rooster that crows all day and night)! The apartment had everything we needed and the air conditioners work really good. Just a 20 minute walk to the beach and even closer to many nice restaurants.

Nice retreat in the heart of the city.

The condo was is in a great location. Quiet and within walking distance to everything. It was very clean and the management was very accommodating.

Nice Location, but needed Cleaning

Great condo and location, but the staff didn't clean before our arrival. The bathroom was filthy and garbage was left on the premises. The manager needs to ensure that the cleaning staff are cleaning the property before any future renters arrive. We were warned beforehand that air conditioning is expensive in the Rep. Dom. That being said, we watched our usage. But, for a eight day stay and limited use, we still paid $73. In my opinion, that's way too expensive for limited usage and a short period of time.

Sorry to learn that the condo was not properly cleaned upon arrival, you should have informed us when I asked if everything was OK upon check-in, and we would have sent back the housekeeper immediately... Concerning the electricity bill, the amount you mentioned is correct, for 8 days in a large 2-bedroom condo with regular A/C usage (as per meter). All the best, Fabio and Nancy

I would go back.

This place was perfect, place was clean, AC units worked, Wifi was ok, and getting in and out was very simple. It really is walking distance to the the bars and clubs.

Good as usually

Each time i go on vacacion in Sosua i choose The Garden Condo for his position Next To The center, The high Quality of The structure, The security. I Will come Back in this place and i suggest To everyone this condo

Quiet, great location, and very private

This property was very close to the "main" strip of Sosua. Supermarket was just a block away. Restaurants were all within walking distance. The apartment itself was very nice. There was lots of room, nice sized kitchen, and had its own internet router (which made my internet connection VERY stable). It is at the back of the property, so having a couples friends over won't necessarily disturb the neighbors. Speaking of that, there weren't any problems with me bringing visitors also. The owners were VERY nice and helped me as much as they could. I would recommend this property to anyone and guarantee that they will have a great time there!
