Ce luxueux penthouse de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé dans la toute nouvelle résidence «Blue Garden», dans le centre de Sosua, juste à côté de la route Pedro Clisante (la principale «bande» de cette ville). À distance de marche de tout: restaurants, magasins, bars, clubs, plages, magasins, etc.

L'unité a une taille de 1485 pieds carrés (138 m²) et est entièrement meublée et équipée. La résidence est fermée et sécurisée, y compris un parking sécurisé, et dispose d'une grande piscine étincelante, d'un jardin tropical et d'un espace barbecue. Les animaux sont également admis.

Pour les grands groupes, plusieurs condos sont disponibles dans cette résidence (par exemple p3864011 et p3863277); cet appartement particulier est situé au troisième (dernier) étage. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, tandis que la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles.

Le tarif de location comprend toutes les charges de la maison (nettoyage initial / final, taxes, jardinage, sécurité, gaz, eau, entretien de la piscine, élimination des déchets, connexion Internet, abonnement TV satellite, frais de résidence, parking privé, etc.) sauf l'électricité.

Excellent Stay

This condo property is excellent. I stayed with two children and two other adults. We had so much space. We used the pool everyday. The other residents were great and friendly. The bbq area was great. We cooked out several times. Fabio was excellent in helping with the transaction and his manager was able to answer all our questions. Staff onsite was excellent and very helpful. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a clean place to stay that is very quite with a great pool you have found it. Will stay here again. Thanks

Bait and Switch

Paid for top floor penthouse shown in add. Fabio and Nancy manage multiple units in this complex, and negotiated a different condo, which we accepted after viewing photos. Confirmed condo was not rented when we arrived, but given to another guest several days later. The furniture was not what we agreed to - no tv in common area, only one bed in second bedroom, uncomfortable couch. It took 3 days for them to make repairs - repair plumbing, tv repair, oven repair, provide fans, pillows and pots for cooking etc. None of these condos have bug screens on doors or windows. Staff at the condo was polite, professional and helpful. We enjoyed interactions with them.

The change of condo was agreed upon well beforehand. Concerning furniture, there are indeed some minor differences between the condos: we provided all additional equipment you requested (portable fans, extra pillows, extra kitchen equipment etc.), it took us 3 days because all shops were closed during the New Year weekend. We even sent a staff on New Year's day to explain how to use the cable TV (what you called "TV repair")! Giving only 3 stars for such a service seems a bit harsh. All the best, Fabio

Good.

This was a excellent place to stay. 5 star in my eyes. Highly recommended for any new comers. Only thing I didn't like was that it had NO AC in the living room. It get hot in D.R. but overall good place to stay and in a great location.

This was my first condo rental, abroad, Fabio was very professional he responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The condo was exactly as pictured, everything neat & clean. the grounds where kept well, everyone from the security guard to the maintenance man where pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again with no hesitation and recommend to all of my friends!!!

Accurate description and photos. Clean and safe

I would rent again without hesitation. Location was great. I felt very safe walking around to restaurants and bars. On site staff was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Neighbors were great. Everyone got along well. This unit was very spacious. Tons of closet space. Loved the bathrooms. Air conditioners worked well. Master BR mattress was comfortable. Best of all no pests or mosquitos. Was able to leave windows and doors open and get a nice breeze. Rarely used the ACs. Can get a little noisy with BR balcony door open at night. Only thing I would recommend is some kind of cooling solution in the living room. Other than that I can not think of anything negative to say.
