Nouveau condo de luxe familial au coeur de Sosua

Ce condo de luxe de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains a une taille de 1485 pieds carrés (138 mètres carrés) et est entièrement meublé et équipé. La résidence, appelée «Sosua Blue Garden», est toute neuve, fermée et sécurisée (y compris un parking sécurisé), à distance de marche de tous les restaurants, magasins, bars, clubs, plages, etc.: elle est située dans le centre de Sosua (El Batey), pourtant assez loin des bruits. Il est fermé et sécurisé, et dispose d'une grande piscine étincelante (avec une section séparée pour les enfants), une aire de jeux pour les enfants et un espace barbecue. Les petits animaux sont également admis.

Le prix est actuellement réduit de 120 $ / nuit à seulement 99 $ / nuit (d'autres rabais sont possibles selon la durée)! Le tarif de location comprend toutes les charges de la maison (nettoyage initial / final, taxes, jardinage, sécurité, gaz, eau, entretien de la piscine, élimination des déchets, connexion Internet, abonnement TV satellite, frais de résidence, parking privé, etc.) sauf l'électricité.

Il y a plusieurs condos disponibles dans cette résidence (par exemple p3864011 et p3863277): cet appartement particulier est situé au deuxième étage. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes, car il y a 1 lit king-size dans la chambre principale et 2 lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre.

Great place for Couples an Families

I had booked a six day stay at Blue Garden which turned out to be two days.I am a single traveler so I like to have guest visit me on occasion but there was a incident with another tenant a couple days before I arrived so they changed there policy on day 2 of my stay.Enrico was very accommodating by moving me to a villa where I had a great stay.I really loved the Blue Garden an if they ever changed there policy to accommodate a single traveler it would be the only place I would stay in Sosua.

Fabulous Week!

We had a fabulous week at The Blue Garden. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The grounds were well maintained. The staff and security were very friendly and helpful. We met so many amazing people at The Blue Garden. I would definitely go back!

The condo has a great layout and nice furnishings

I like the 3rd floor, great view of the pool and we didn't need the A/C units at all. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. It easily accommodated the 4 adults. Place could have been cleaned better, the floor had hair everywhere, the wifi was slow with a weak signal. I booked for 30 days and there was no paper for either bathroom, no bath soap, no dish washing liquid or trash bags and the sheets in the master bedroom needed washing. Stove did not work( it was fixed in 2 days) the wall in the second bedroom needed repair (it was repaired about 10 days into the trip) and the only outdoor shady place to sit was under repairs 25 of my 27 days on site. The place was nice we liked the space, we liked the off street parking and we liked the on-site staff people who responded to any concern we had. The night time security guy was nice and checked on us when we came back late at night. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and far enough from the night life to be quiet at night. With a few changes or better negotiating on my part we would stay again. I should have gotten cleaning at least once a week included with my stay.

to start the photo they present is not real. rent for 6 people only have 2 queen bed. When I complained he told me that is not his problem where they were going to sleep. The treatment he gave me was very unprofessional and rude

The pictures are 100 % accurate. For your group of 6 adults we recommended a 3-bedroom condo in this residence, but due to your low budget we accepted your booking request of a 2-bedroom condo (and of course somebody had to sleep on the sofa)! To prevent this issue in the future, booking requests coming from such cheap groups of more than 4 adults will be refused. PS: when an owner accepts your booking of 6 adults in a 2-bedroom luxury condo during the Christmas days at less than 17$/person, a "thank you" note is more appropriate than a bad review...

The attention was ok, but the overall equipment of the apartment were not complete.

We were expecting to be complete with all that we need it in the apartment and to not worry to buy things or make our stay more confortable. Some of the things that did not had were deep plates, wine cups, nice colander, wine opener, etc. In other hand, the bedroom did not have nightstand, or a small light to read. The hot water did not work always, we asked to check it and continue that way. The beds did not have blankets, just bed sheets. The kitchen drawer were not clean as we expected. In that sense we had to admit that we were waiting for more comfort when we booked for that price. In other hand there were always answers from the host Enrico.

Thanks for your review. Your booking was a last-minute reservation on Christmas day, and we did our best to accommodate you: all requested items were provided within a day. Concerning the hot water issue, which was working but a bit inconsistently in one of the bathroom, the reparation could only be effected after the New Year’s weekend, when the plumbers returned to work. Very nice condos

Accommodations were large, clean and well decorated. There were large glass sliding doors to all three balconies. Pool area was well kept and a pleasure to spend time at. Balconies were comfortable and spacious. The beaches at Sosua have great sand and plenty of waves to play in. The property managers were happy to answer question and take care of any needs that came up. Blue gardens is a gated community of 30 units with 24 hour security. Blue Gardens is located in a quite area within walking distances of beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The town of Sosua is full of bars, shopsand restaurants, but not much else to do there. Weather was great. Thank you to Fabio and Enrico for booking our stay and taking care of our needs.

A very Nice Place .......

The apartment complex was clean and quiet, the pool was clean and a very nice size. The unit was bigger than was I expected and comfortable as well. The location of the apartment is close to the center of the town but in a quiet area. The complex has security staff 24/7 and an automatic gate with your own remote control for easy access to the property. A lot of parking space. I would definitely come back to this place in the future.

Great Apartment! Good Value!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was just like the photos. Very clean property inside and out. Liked the safety of being gated, especially for car. Master bedroom had king bed and private bath. Second bedroom had 2 beds, bath beside it. Both bedrooms had a/c and plenty of storage. Rest of apartment has lots of windows and doors for light and air. Nice balconies. Large pool. Very quiet. Will return.

great 2 week stay

just got back from staying for 2 weeks and it was great. its by far the best place i have ever stayed in sosua and will stay every timei go back now. no problem walking to beach or nightlife about 10 minutes but would get a moto back after to many drinks lol staff all friendly and helpful and lots of nice long term guests staying there to chat to by the pool thanks fabio and enrico for a great stay wayne smith

Great place to stay

I stayed here for the first time in December 2014 and the condo was in the quiet, well secured Blue Garden complex. The condo was well maintained, clean, and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. The owner and property manager were easily accessible via telephone or email and they answered all of my questions before my arrival and during my stay. If you are looking to have a worry-free vacation, I would recommend staying here. I will definitely return in 2015.
