Sunny Breezes, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa, is an ideal spot to enjoy the tropical breezes, and sunny days.

You enter through a screened front porch and then a welcoming foyer. The foyer leads into a spacious family room with views of the lanai, heated pool, and serene water view.

The sliders open up to this area bringing the outside indoors.

The 2 couches are made for comfort so just sit, read, relax or watch the 46” TV with the HBO package. There is a Blu-ray/DVD player with surround sound. Internet radio is also available on the player.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. There are granite countertops and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Share meals with family and friends in the dining area that has a view to the lanai and pool.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with a desk, flat screen 32” TV, and an en suite bath. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open to the lanai/pool area.

The master bath has two sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and toilet room.

The first guest room has a queen size bed and 26” TV. The second guest room has twin beds, a 26” TV and sliders to the lanai/pool area.

The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

The large screened in lanai and patio has a gas BBQ grill, dining set, sitting area, and loungers.

The large, inviting pool faces south and is electrically heated, which is included in the costs.

The villa also offers 3 bikes, coolers, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

There are shopping areas, restaurants, numerous golf courses, and nearby beaches.
