Welcome to your Montana oasis where you will experience the best of both worlds - close to downtown Bozeman AND the mountains! Our beautiful and bright garden level 1-bedroom apt is in a quiet Bozeman neighborhood surrounded by mountains and only 1.5 miles from main street. We want you to have the best stay possible and as such charge no cleaning fee nor do we ask you to do any chores - it's all about rest and relaxation here!

Not only are we within walking/biking distance to downtown but we are super close to all of SW Montana's top attractions:

-5 min from Montana State University
-25 min from Bridger Bowl Ski Resort
-30 min from the Madison River
-30 min to Paradise Valley
-60 min from Big Sky Resort
-1 hr 15 min from Yellowstone Natl Park (North Entrance)

ABOUT THE SPACE
Our apartment is about 700 sq ft, very bright with lots of natural light and has everything you need for a restful and comfortable stay. Suited best for 1-2 guests, the space can easily flex to accommodate 3 with a King Koil queen air mattress provided. The bedroom has a queen bed with a Beautyrest mattress (the same model used by Westin for it's Heavenly mattress series!), tons of closet space and a fully equipped bathroom with soap, shampoo/conditioner, blowdryer, etc

The living room has a sectional sofa, cushy recliner, small desk, smartTV AND for our guests who like to travel with their feline buddies, we have a built-in catio off the living room.

The brand new kitchen features an induction stovetop range, french door fridge with 2 freezer drawers, keurig coffee maker (Nespresso available upon request) and a microwave that doubles as an air fryer.

Few nuts and bolts about your stay:
-The apartment is a garden level basement space and you will share a common entrance with the main house
-There is one designated parking space in the driveway
-We welcome cats, sorry no dogs!
-Absolutely no parties or rowdy folks please. This is quiet neighborhood and being respectful of neighbors is a MUST

A Special Place

John, met us upon arrival. Waiting for us was a fresh loaf of sourdough bread, which was delicious. We spent nights out by his fire pit, loved hearing about how he landed in Bozeman. Can’t wait to get back in July, and meet Julie. The house was extremely clean, close to town, and beautiful neighborhood to take morning walks.

Amazing place to stay!

John and Julia were amazing hosts! We were greeted with amazing, homemade, sourdough bread and they gave us many amazing recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try. They have everything you could need and more. Their neighborhood is beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Bozeman.

Very, very clean. Very, very tasteful. So many necessary items provided for use. Hosts very friendly and 'homey,' offering assistance and assuring my stay was very comfortable.

Great PLACE

The kitchen was high end with a conduction oven and a microwave that was also a air fryer . It was equipped with pots and pans and spices. John our host greeted us with a homemade loaf of sour dough bread. He also suggested places to eat and hike. It was great.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!!

WOW! I’m so grateful for the time I spent here, Julia was so wonderful and helped me feel right at home. It was clean, homey, great wifi, was quiet, and had everything I needed to recharge over a two+ week stay. Top 3 places I’ve ever stayed and would be more than happy to come back! 10 out of 10!

Loved our stay

We stayed at the property for a few days while waiting to close on our new home. John was friendly and hospitable, and the apartment felt cozy and impeccably clean. John and Julia thoughtfully provided all our needed amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious loaf of homemade sourdough bread. The yard is beautiful, and the views are stunning—a true retreat. We also enjoyed the abundant wildlife, with deer seen everywhere. The location is fantastic; it feels like you're in the countryside, yet it's only 10 minutes to downtown. We would stay here again if we weren't already living in Bozeman. We will certainly recommend this place to friends and family!

Great place and great people!

The apartment is spacious and quiet, located in a really nice neighborhood. It's close to downtown but feels like you are in the countryside, on the east end of Bozeman with easy access to Yellowstone without having to drive through the busy commercial areas. It has a big, brand new kitchen, a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is downstairs but has big windows so there's plenty of light. I was there on a week when it was well over 90 degrees every day and the apartment was cool and very comfortable. The best thing about it was the host, John, a super nice guy who knows the area very well and was really friendly and helpful. He really made my trip better!

Best time ever!

I can't say enough about how perfect my 3-week stay was. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The large kitchen is modern and well-stocked with with cookware, utensils, dishes and even spices. Although a basement apartment, three large windows allow natural light that brightens the rooms. The bedroom area includes a large pantry and a walk-in closet. A vareity of tolitries are provided in the bathroom, from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. And the location is perfect...a short five minute drive to downtown Bozeman...but every morning you will wake up surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery, deer grazing, and bunnies hopping around. Just lovely!
