For security purposes there is a Blink Doorbell and an exterior camera facing the front door and parking spaces.

The townhome is less than 10 minutes away from PTI Airport, making it an ideal location for traveling executives. Additionally, easy access to the area's major highways makes traveling to nearby cities such as High Point, Kernersville and Winston-Salem very convenient. There are a number of restaurants, grocery stores and parks nearby, offering plenty of options if you don't want to travel far.
