Walk less than a block to the Sunflower Cafe and Bakery, a local favorite, for a steaming cup of coffee, fresh baked breads, pastries and wonderful breakfast and lunch eats. Or you can go next door to the Original Mexican Cafe, serving classic TexMex since 1916. It is an experience! Enjoy a margarita with some salsa and chips and your favorite Mexican dish. Cross one street and you are at The Mosquito Cafe with its gourmet dishes waiting for you.

If you like the laid-back island life and people watching, it is available on Salty Air Retreat's shaded front porch. Please note that this location can be a bit busy and noisy, but it is fun having so much at your doorstep.

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
