Easy access to downtown Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and the Beach. Pet and kid-friendly. It is a perfect spot for family gatherings, special occasions, or relaxing time away!

Summer Landing was designed and built just for these types of getaways. The owners wanted a place to visit where they grew up and bring multiple families under one roof. You have open social spaces, large bedrooms, a cozy den with a built-in desk for work, and a large front and back yard, a side deck, and a farmer's porch to hang out and enjoy the Maine atmosphere.

This listing has been a short-term rental for the last three years, managed by its owners with an average of 5-star rating. Now managed by Coastline Vacation Rentals, guests get even more dedicated service to create the best trip possible.

Great Family Getaway Close to the Beach

We stayed at Summer Landing for just over a week and enjoyed every minute. The house was clean, well laid out, and slept us and our two kids perfectly. The living room was great for hosting friends and there is plenty of outdoor space for our kids to run around. It was a short drive to the beach and the house included a parking pass. It was walking distance from a great lunch spot and a short drive to Kennebunkport and all the nice restaurants.

Extremely Clean and well-situated home

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway with family to celebrate the first weekend of Kennebunk's Christmas Prelude. It was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Second Stay

This was my second booking at Summer Landing! This space works so well for every family member to have their own relaxing area. We enjoyed lots of the local eats and shopping. Bandaloop and 50 Local were great. We went to the beach multiple times and enjoyed coming back for relaxing evenings at the house. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Getaway for an active family!

Summer Landing was by far our favorite stay away from home. Convenient location, VERY clean, and we never felt like we were wanting for more space. Quiet neighborhood local to shops and restaurants and safe area for walks; so much space for kids to play. Will absolutely stay again and likely build future trips around staying at the house. Thanks again!

Summer Landing

The Summer Landing house in Kennebunk was perfect for our family of eight. The pantry was well stocked with plenty of zip lock bags, keurig k cups, coffee filters, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and other cooking essentials. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was good for going to local beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Overall it was a positive experience.

Summer Landing provided a perfect location for my wife and I to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary with our dog Cooper.

The house was located far enough from the main road and spaced away from neighbors to offer privacy. Quiet and peaceful. The home was immaculate. Lots of light coming through the windows. Furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The location was perfect for us. We found a bridal path off of Sea Road that we walked our dog every morning. Low tide at Colony Beach was beautiful. A FANTASTIC lobster roll at The Landing Store. Close to many, many shops. It was a wonderful week and we look forward to returning. Coastline Vacation Rentals, the property management company, was both accommodating and easy to work with.

Nothing to do but enjoy our stay

Coastline did a great job prepping for our stay. We walked into the house and everything was ready to go. Beds made, towels in the bathroom, coffee for the first morning and off we went. We were three generations plus two dogs and all enjoyed the house and yard. The kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice to have the den and family room for different activities at the same time. It is located on a very quiet street but a quick drive to downtown and the beach. There were beach toys and beach towels along with a parking pass which made it very easy for everyone to go. I most appreciated how clean everything was. I have asthma but I didn't have any issues which meant a lot to me since I felt comfortable. We had a great time and loved the house for all those treasured memories.
