The Peach House in Savannah Georgia! Like nothing you have ever stayed in before! This beautiful, custom home is jam packed with games, art, unique amenities, and is perfect for larger groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay while exploring Savannah, Tybee Island, or both. Centrally located, you are only 10 minutes to the city and 12 minutes to the beach. Complete with a pool, hot tub, massive indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a huge game room. A little taste of everything here!

BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 1 full Murphy bed, 3 twin beds, and a couch in the living room.

Bedroom 1 - Enjoys the spacious luxury of the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, smart tv, and large sitting area. The room blends modern design and comfort seamlessly, offering a private bathroom, lots of closet space, and personal access to the backyard and pool.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, smart tv, full body mirror, and plenty of clothing storage space. This room is also equipped with a faux leather bed frame and unique wallpaper.
Bedroom 3 - Indulge in the bright and exciting layout of this room with its vibrant wallpaper, art and bed frame. It comes with a full-sized bed, closet space, full body mirror, and smart tv.
Bedroom 4 - This entertaining and colorful room comes with 2 full beds, a Murphy full sized bed, and 3 twins. It also has its own bathroom and plenty of storage space creatively placed around the room. Being on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms makes this a perfect place to sleep children or a large group. Packed with plenty of entertainment like a shuffle board, large connect 4, bean bag chairs, and a smart tv with accessible outlets.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, fun wallpaper, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. Two showers with a tub, and one walk in all with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Prepare a lavish meal or a quick bite to eat in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy modern appliances, gorgeous countertops, and a 12 seat, wood dining table. With a built-in window to the living room and open design, being in the kitchen never feels far away from the group! The dining area sits closely to the kitchen and flows effortlessly into the living room via change in elevation.

The living room hosts a large green couch, several accent chairs, and large coffee table. The room has an 85` smart tv, cable tv, Bose sound system board games, large gold framed photography of the city of Savannah, stunning light fixtures, and connects perfectly into the game room.

GAME ROOM
Relish in the lively vibe of this room with accent wall paper and a neon sign while playing pool, foosball, or one of the two arcade games in the house. Going for high scores in Ms. Pac-Man is highly encouraged!

BEAUTY ROOM
If you like to socialize while getting ready to go out on the town then this room was designed for you. Just off the dining room floor is a room with 4 mirrors, 4 magnifying mirrors, 4 peach swivel chairs, and 4 make-up organizers. Even as a sitting room, it is impossible not to feel better when you are surrounded by floor to ceiling peach wallpaper!

OUTSIDE SPACE
With a tall fence surrounding the yard you will feel completely secluded from the outside world! This space has a little bit of everything. It has a fire pit and outdoor couch perfect for lounging in the shade and utilizing the outdoor smart tv equipped with cable. Some games include: giant Jenga, ping pong, corn hole, pool volleyball, and spike ball. The space also has an outdoor dining table that can seat 12 people, a grill with a smoker attachment, and brand-new hot tub! Of course, you can’t miss the massive “Just Peachy” colorful mural on the back fence.

As day turns into night, with a flip of a switch you can brighten up your evening with hanging outdoor lights along the fence and inside the cabana, as well as some refreshing pool lights for an evening swim.

Guest Access
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner’s storage closet in the 4th BDR. Make yourself at home; your host is just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Other things to note
Parties that are excessively disruptive will be shut down, and possibly be threatened by civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask.

Several days prior to check-in, you will receive instructions to help the process go as smooth as possible.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside of the home. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
BASIC RULES
When staying at the property, we ask that all guests follow a few basic rules.

- No pets
- No smoking
- No parties

If you believe there will be extra individuals exceeding the 15 person maximum, please confirm with your host beforehand. There will be extra cost per guest exceeding the maximum. Failure to disclose this information will result in a fine of $500 or more.


TRASH PICK UP
Trash and recycling pick up is on Friday mornings. If you are staying at the property on Thursday we do ask that you take the bins to the curb for Friday morning pick up. If you see the bins on the curb after noon on Friday, please bring the bins up to the side of the house.

DECORATIONS
Please do not put tape on the walls themselves for decorations because it will peel the paint, and please don`t not put any holes in the walls or in the trim to hang items.

POOL CLEANING
On Tuesday and Friday, someone comes to clean the pool and hot tub. They are from `ASP, or America`s Swimming Pools Co.` and will typically enter through the back gate, and will not enter the home.

NOISE LEVEL
The neighborhood that the property is located has many families with young children. We ask that you please be mindful of noise levels when outside. If the property receives too many noise complaints, the city has a right to shutdown the property as a rental.

Due to this rule, a noise sensor is installed in the cabana to monitor the noise levels after 10:00pm. If noise levels get to high you will receive a message to please bring the noise down. If it happens again, you will receive another message informing you that if noise levels are too high for a third time, there will be fines or other penalties. Upon a third time, fines or other penalties will be enforced.

CLEANING
A cleaning fee is charged to all groups for the purpose of paying a cleaning service to arrive upon your departure. It is not necessary to strip sheets, load the dishwasher, wipe anything down, etc. All we ask is you do your best to clean up whatever trash is left over from your stay, and respect the property.

Damages and excessive trash build up may result in a fine.
