The Shepherd's Lodge at Addis Acres /4BR/3BA/ newly renovated/pond/firepit/deck

Come fall in love with the Shepherd's Lodge at Addis Acres! This newly renovated home easily accommodates 12 people, has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home is on an 80 acre tract and overlooks an 8 acre pond. Be sure to bring your fishing rods and gear, we have plenty of bass, bream, and crappie. Cook your catch in our outdoor fryer! Safety equipment and kayaks are provided. Enjoy majestic views of the water and land from the wrap-around deck with grill and fire pit. Go for morning walks around the property, or sip on a cup of coffee and read a good book on the rocking chair front porch. In the evening, fire up the grill and turn on the festive deck string lighting as you kick back with family and friends.

All new furniture/appliances/furnishings/bedding/linens. Secluded, yet convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Wifi and designated work space provided. 240 volt EV outlet available (please bring cord). Air purifiers on both levels.

Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials! Dishes (service for 16), glassware, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware and grill tools set. Small appliances include Keurig coffee maker (cup or pot), air fryer, blender, microwave.

Both king bed suites are on the main level. The main bedroom suite has two doors that open to the deck and fire pit. This room also has a fireplace with an electric insert. No firewood is needed.

The living room has an old wood burning stove - this is for decor only - no burning of wood is permitted in the wood burning stove.

Propane tanks provided for firepit and grill. Tanks will be full upon guest arrival. Should tanks be depleted during your stay and more propane needed, it will be guest's responsibility to refill.

Entry to house is non contact through a smart lock on front door. You will be given a code to the lock. The lock does have a camera on on the front of it that faces the outside.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but dogs must be under 50lbs. each. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee per dog. Dogs must be kept off furniture. Please clean up after your dog outside - there are pet waste bags mounted to a column of front porch. Thank you!

In town for a wedding? We are very close to several venues: Mystic Acres, Sanctuaire Atelier, Mill Creek Venue, and Rockin' T Meadows.

Should your group need additional accommodations, we invite you to consider the other 2 homes on the property, Ruth's Cottage and Joyce's Place. Ruth's Cottage is also newly renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 7. Ruth's Cottage is just across the pond from Shepherd's Lodge. We also offer Joyce's Place, a beautiful home with lots of space and sleeps 12.

Please be aware: check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 10am. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises. All guests will be required to sign rental agreement/guest waiver provided by owner. Prior to your arrival, you will be provided secure entry instructions by owner.


For your safety, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, insect repellant and flashlights are provided.


Limited supplies of shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, coffee, and tea are provided.

Damage Waiver: For your convenience, a nonrefundable damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, eliminating the need for a security deposit.
