Summerwind 302 East, also known as Shell Bottom Blues is a Gulf front 1 bedroom, 1,5 bathroom condo. It is located on the third floor in the East Tower of Summerwind Resort, with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Florida's longest Pier from the private balcony.  This condo sleeps 6, with a King in the master, 2 Twins (bunkbeds) built into the hallway alcove, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Shell Bottom Blues has recently been upgraded and updated with brand new kitchen appliances, new Quartz kitchen countertops, and sinks. The living room, dining area, as well as the bedroom have new furniture, TV's and ceiling fans. All beds have new mattresses   This new upgrade also includes 4 smart TV's of which 2 are built into the bunk bed alcove. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the condo. Complimentary wireless internet and cable TV are included.
